Very friendly staff and quick responds. The jacuzzi was very nice! City of Florence was very good reachable by bus.
The beds were pretty uncomfortable.

The big balcony in our room and in the communal area was wonderful. The rooftop spa bath was a special treat as well. I was really impressed by the responsiveness and kindness of the staff in accommodating all requests and needs of our toddler.
You have to pay for coffee in the communal area. We drink a lot of coffee!

Good location (1-4min walking to bus stops, approx. 15mins to the centre), big apartment, everything was provided.

The flat was quite large with a small kitchen and ensuite bathroom.
The bed was comfortable and there was a small dining table.
About 15 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio by bus. (And about 18 from the center of town)
The space wasn't utilised as well as it could have been. There was no sofa or armchair to relax in or watch television.
Buses become scarce after 11 p.m. and it's quite a long walk back.

The hotel is about 40 min walk from the city centre but bus is nearby and bakeries and restaurants are close. The room was spacious and had a loft area for the bedroom.
Access to my room from the pedestrian gate was down steps which would be difficult to access with heavy bags but you can also drive in to the car park area. I had a friendly mosquito visit so some insect spray may be useful in the rooms.

The room is acceptable, even though we found it quite dark. We liked the fact that the check-in and check-out, as well as the access to the room and parkins space, can be made autonomously.
Even though we didn't open the windows (not once! because it was very hot outside), we found mosquitos in the room every single day! We stayed in this place for 3 nights and they never cleaned it - still use the Covid pandemic as an excuse for not getting in the rooms, which is unacceptable in 2023. Impossible to rest during the day due to noise from other rooms, with very poor acoustic isolation. Fortunately, we didn't have that problem at night time.

It was nice to escape the noise and crowd of Florence and stay in a quiet neighborhood. we enjoyed shopping and dining in this residential neighborhood. the neighborhood people were so nice. Nice fridge and hot plates. Take your converter if you need to charge items.
it is a 38 minute walk to the center of town. but, but bus 11 comes frequently and takes you into the center. the loft upstairs doesn't have a bathroom which is significant if you wake up in the middle of the night.

The furniture and bathroom are old and in desperate need for renovation. Its overpriced given the location and the room condition, but all Florence is expensive.
