The apartment is great. 30 mins walk from the city center, and has bus stations nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Even such things like salt, tea and coffee - small, but a very pleasant touch.
The host itself is also great - he met us upon arrival and helped us with the bags as they were super heavy. Also, when we discovered that the hair dryer wasn't working, we got a new one delivered to us very quickly, without any questions.

She let us check in at 10 at night
Squeaky faucet in bathroom, shower doors about to fall off and shower head won’t stay. Water was cold in shower very quickly

Perfect location, walking distance to center (4 bus stations), nice city area, comfortable and completely equipped, very clean, good towels, well decorated, extremely polite and helpful host, parking lot for good price, close to Lidl

Everything was provided for comfortable stay as well stayed with kids so had to cook ,
Both Air conditioner was very weak as it was hot ,one of air-conditioner remote was not working.
