Disappointing
Andrea was amazing at responding to any questions! The location was amazing!
While the property was very nice at first glance, there were dirty under wear in the bathroom that were not cleaned up from previous tenants , the windows were 1 pane and you could here all the people late at night as well as the garbage pick up in the middle of the night , every night. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. The stairs to get to the apartment we long and steep.

We liked the comfort of having a home base apartment while staying in Firenze. It was spacious with good amenities, including a full kitchen & washing machine. The location to visitor sites was excellent. There were lots of restaurants & shopping areas around the apartment building.
This is something that can't be changed, but the apartment was on the 4th floor with many stairs. It was very difficult to get our luggage up & down the stairs with no elevator.
We would like to have had 2 beds instead of sharing one.

Lovely Apartment and furnishings. Great location. Very comfortable and accommodating. Fine restaurants all around.
Shower runs out of hot water so quick. Key was not in lock box upon arrival, but help came promptly.

Clean, well-furnished and very comfortable apartment in the heart of the city, easily walkable to most of the big attractions and surrounded by great places to eat. Check in/out was easy, host was nice. This was pretty close to a perfect spot for being in Florence in the sweltering heat since we could come back easily and drop things off, cool off in the A/C, take a nap after the morning activities, and be right back out in the city.
The big bed is essentially a futon over wooden slats as opposed to a mattress with a little more structure. The couch pull-out mattress is more comfortable, for a frame of reference. The big bed isn't the worst bed I've slept on in a rental, but it's close.

My family member and I are both in our 70s and found it difficult going up and down stairs with 80 steps. One morning as we left there was a homeless person lying asleep on the lower landing. There was a pile of garbage next to him.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Bed and pull out couch bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The location was awesome .
Four flights of stairs to the apartment! The introduction notebook should be rearranged in a logical way and should include bus, train, and cab information (phone numbers!). The notebook is helpful but has no information on leaving at the end. We left the keys on the table.

Nice spacious apartment with all the facilities in a great location close to Duomo and Gold Bridge.
Building has no lift so an effort to haul bags up to top floor.

location was phenomenal, can't express enough how amazing the location is!!! host was super responsive and so incredibly kind - even dropped off extra towels for us given that were were staying for a longer period of time. the home was spacious and having a washer (note: no dryer) was amazing and much needed.
shower door was broken and a bit run-down/could use some love. AC wasn't working properly BUT i will say that the owner/host was quick to assist and helped fix so it ended up working out! we knew the place had stairs and the stairs were REALLY rough being on the top floor and the heat of the summer; but location made up for it :) bed wasn't the most comfortable but again, location of this place truly made up for all of it.
