Location, in the heart of the best historic setting and views. Walking distance, even with wheelie from station if required. Excellent lunch on the terrace recommended.
charging for tech didn't work, as always the switches confuse more than they help.

Location good. Service good. Quality of beverages and some of the food could have been better - the hot food was not the best. But everything else was Ok and staff helpful.

Great location and views from the roof top. The apartment was large, comfy and well appointed.
I didn’t get what I booked. The apartment only had two bedrooms, not three, and there is no hot tub. When I took this up with the manager he just blamed Booking for listing it badly. Also, we had a problem that our electronic room lock didn’t work and they couldn’t be less helpful. The elder lady on reception treated me as if I was an idiot. Bar service needed you to seek out the waiter.

The address to the accommodations should be communicated at least a day in advance. It should also be made clear that the address on the listing is the main building where the reception is, but you end up staying, so you will not have a river view or anywhere near it.
