The location is perfect. The roof terrace had amazing views to watch the sunset and listen to the music playing the the streets below and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a historic, stunning hotel…each room individual and beautiful in their own way. Our room overlooked the Area no and Ponte Vecchio. The many rooftop terraces for dinner, bar, and breakfast with views over the Arno, Florence, and surrounding countryside are worth a stay here alone. We ate in several fine restaurants, but none better than lunch or dinner in “The Tower”…and their pricing is simply unbeatable. Finally, each staff member is friendly, well-trained, and graciously attentive! The property is in the middle of all the famous sights and high-end shopping. You can’t find a better hotel in Florence!
The property was so spectacular that you might ignore the rest of Florence and never leave the hotel (lol)!

Location, in the heart of the best historic setting and views. Walking distance, even with wheelie from station if required. Excellent lunch on the terrace recommended.

Great location and views from the roof top. The apartment was large, comfy and well appointed.
I didn’t get what I booked. The apartment only had two bedrooms, not three, and there is no hot tub. When I took this up with the manager he just blamed Booking for listing it badly. Also, we had a problem that our electronic room lock didn’t work and they couldn’t be less helpful. The elder lady on reception treated me as if I was an idiot. Bar service needed you to seek out the waiter.
