Gorgeous rooftop terraces. Perfect location. Well appointed rooms.
We had originally booked the arco apartment plus a room at the hotel for 6 travelers. Once we realized these were two separate locations we were panicked but Davide helped us and our stay was perfect! We will be back.

The address to the accommodations should be communicated at least a day in advance. It should also be made clear that the address on the listing is the main building where the reception is, but you end up staying, so you will not have a river view or anywhere near it.

Your apartment was nice
Bad location they said the apartment was around the corner from the hotel. It was a 12 minute walk. We had six pieces of luggage had to call an Uber when we got to the hotel cost of an extra €50 to drive to the apartment. No one showed us how to work the apartment we had cold water for two days and the noise level here it’s above a nightclub didn’t sleep for four nights left us four towels for a whole week family or four.

The really nice and helpful cleaning staff, the nice waitting staff in restaurant & bar. The decor and comfort of rooms 52 & 51.
The horrible "windowless" room 303.
The front desk wasn't able/keen to change although I HAD initially booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 adults and the booking was unilaterally changed by the hotel; we had to stay on different floors: 3rd and 5th floor; not ideal for a family Easter reunion...?

Fantastic location in beautiful street. Beautifully curated room. For most part, very helpful staff. We did not eat here as surrounded by fantastic restaurants in Florence.
No coffee making facilities. We weren’t warned about the building works going on. We had lukewarm water both nights

Bed was hard as a rock and the reception had us walk to our apartment 15 min w luggage no taxi service and poor help. The bed was hard and the room small.

We were happy to stay at via dell' Oriuolo, 1. The apartment has been recently renovated, is absolutely clean and spacious. It is on the top floor with a beautiful terrace, and you can take the lift right up to the door. Three bedrooms and a living room, wooden floors. The owner provides towels, bed linen, iron, toiletries, detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine, and even some coffee capsules. There is air conditioning in each room. In short, the apartment is perfect. It is quite a noisy area both during the day and at night - keep this in mind.

Ok, but would have expected better for the price
The first room we.were.given was small, very hot (couldn't regulate temperature) and.noisy. luckily they were able to change our room. A kettle to make tea or coffee would have been nice - we had that in every other hotel during our trip.
