It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and centrally located. It had all the amenities you could desire including a washing machine.

Location was great and I liked the two separate bedrooms. Air conditioning worked well.
The WiFi was very poor. Only worked when you stood next to the router. The property could have been more clean (floors, bathroom).

We liked the location and the use of the washing machine. It was nice to have 2 separate AC units. It was a very comfortable bed and the staff were exceptional. Suzanne was super kind and very helpful scheduling a taxi for us and recommending restaurants.
The small elevator and steep stairs. The front living room AC didn’t cool down the room as much as the bedroom one.

The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk everywhere and there was so much to see and do very close by. I personally loved that the apartment was in such a historic section of Florence. Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
It was hard getting larger luggage upstairs, but I knew about this going in :) There is a lift, but it’s small. I’d recommend not traveling with large suitcases as it’s just more difficult all around.

Suzanne was wonderful and the location is great.
We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged from the previous guests that was a little bit frustrating.

Exactly the type of stay I hoped for, perfect little place to regroup my family and enjoy Firenze ! Beautiful cozy charming apartment
The elevator is QUITE small and we had a few chuckles while arranging ourselves to fit inside

Large room, full apartment really, with kitchen and laundry. Easy to walk everywhere. Very comfortable.
Only reason for not a 10 is the sounds of people walking by outside, including after the bars close, can be loud.

The apartment is charming and well-equipped, the location is relatively quiet and convenient to many places of interest. The staff was helpful and responsive.
The apartment had two fans but did not have A/C. The bed is located in the loft and the temperature there is higher than downstairs. So I would not recommend to anyone to rent this apartment when the weather is hot. The apartment is at several levels, it makes it charming, but not for people with mobility issues.

Great location, the manager is very helpful and cute, most comfy hotel bed I’ve ever stayed
The only mirror was in the bathroom and the socket there was not compatible for my Dyson, so I had to get my hair done by checking my reflection from the TV…. Also there was a bad sewer smell in the bathroom

Our 2 BR apt was very clean, EXCEPT that there were no paper products in the kitchen, one kitchen towel and only a pre-used sponge for cleaning up (quite unsanitary). Highly recommend that you provide a new sponge and roll of paper towels for each reservation. Otherwise, the apt was nice and clean. I was disappointed that the kitchen was not properly equipped. Of all the airB&Bs I've stayed in, this was this least equipped kitchen. I was also unclear on why the 2nd BR was not made up. Suzanne mentioned that you always assume that reservations for 2 people are a couple and would share a bedroom. If someone books and pays for a 2 BR apt, both bedrooms should be made available for use. I was pleased that there were laundry pods in the laundry room/closet so that I could do laundry.

Location was superb-easy access to Duomo, Uffizi, Academia, the Piazzas and Bobolink gardens. The stay was comfortable and Suzanne was more than accommodating.
What I didn’t like? The sub-human pub crawlers who creep down the streets at 3AM destroying 5 nights sleep. Aside from that no worries.
