The welcoming and the customer service! I was always received with a smile and receptionists were always super eager to help with anything!
The room I got it was not what I was expecting from what I saw on their page, but it was ok nonetheless. I had the best view! And since it was on the top floor, there wasn’t any noise at all!

The staff were brilliant, very friendly and knowledgable about the area. There’s was a slight hiccup with the room we requested, it was sorted out instantly with no issues at all. They clearly took care during cleaning and the room was left spotless once cleaning was done.
The room was a bit outdated and it was quite noisy. We could hear a lot of noise from other guests in the evenings and the lift was outdated and very small.
