The staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a good location and you could move around the city very easily.
One downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and it became very humid and stuffy. There was little airflow and no real option for a breeze, which made the room feel uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep

It’s located in a very quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the Tram, and you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable and tidy. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great. The room was very confortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and we loved the cappuccinos in the morning.
All was good. Maybe the doors are a little noisy.

I loved the service, the hosts were very friendly, kind, lovely. There was a woman who tried to explain to us the tourist places of the city, it was a bit difficult to understand, but she was so kind and repeated many times, we really appreciated that. The room, the bathroom, the common places were clean, organized. The place itself is in a very good zone, very well located, it was easy and fast to arrive to other places, and it's close to a supermarket and a laundromat, which was really convenient.

Everything was just like in the photos—if not more beautiful in person! The place was spotless, warm, and incredibly inviting. The staff were amazing and always helpful. This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable room I’ve ever stayed in. The location is in a quiet, pleasant area. A perfect stay—10/10!

Very good stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location and it is a quiet neighbourhood. It was very close to the train station and you could buy a ticket there to go into the city centre.
The room was very clean and fitted the pictures shown.
We would definitely go back there if we are ever travelling to Florence again.

Very friendly service and the included breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Our room had a lovely balcony and rooms were refreshed daily.
Only thing to note is that it is a bit removed from the city centre, which means a long tram ride and it was difficult to get access to buses nearby during certain times of the day also limiting choices for meal times.
This of course meant that we got to see a less touristy side of the city which was also really nice. All in all I would definitely book here again!

Disappointing
I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They genuinely did their best to make our stay pleasant and were always quick to assist with anything we needed. A nice touch was the free coffee offered every morning, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue for me was the lack of proper sound isolation. Sleeping there felt like a mission impossible. The first night was a nightmare due to noise from the corridor, other rooms, and even outside. To their credit, the staff provided earplugs after I mentioned the problem, which helped a little in the following nights.
The hotel itself is quite dated—old windows, doors, and very thin walls. We only used it for sleeping, which is ironic because that was the most difficult part of the stay. There was a family with small children in the room above us, and the constant crying and running added to the overall disturbance.
In short, while the service and hospitality were top-notch, the building desperately needs renovations, especially in terms of soundproofing.

Mosquitoes is the great enemy. Property is a bit old that needed renovation. Add something for the breakfast.

Warm welcome from the staff. Even we check in was very late but the staff waiting us for check in and provide data. Room is clean and comfortable. Location also is near to train station - walking distance

Very Good
This is a very friendly family-run hotel just outside the city centre. Everything is clean and the room is serviced often. The street outside is quiet and clean too. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria and laundrette all within two minutes' walk. The tram stop is a 12 minute walk away and very pleasant.
I had a single room and it's basically a place to sleep. There's no view to speak of and facilities are basic but clean. All this is reflected in the price and I have absolutely no complaints. It suited me perfectly for a four-night stopover.
