Very friendly and helpful host, great location and loved having access to make coffee, fresh water etc.
The wifi dropped on a regular basis which was frustrating.

The rooms are in a lovely old building which felt very authentic, not a generic hotel
Letizia was really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Close to the station and a short walk into the mania of central Florence. It was good to be able to walk back here away from the crowds and it was very quiet.
Access is on the first floor and there's no lift.
The shower cubicle is tiny, my husband struggled to lift his arms.

Nothing there to like really.
Looks more like flat share, it’s an apartment divided into en-suite rooms. You can hear neighbors, no lift, not well cleaned, tiny shower. No breakfast option and there is really nothing decent around to get breakfast in the morning.

No remote for the air conditioning! Could not see out the window! I booked a triple room and got a tiny double. The shower was ridiculously small. There was no milk in the kitchen for tea!
