It was like something out of a movie - it was so beautiful. Every detail was thought of in its design and comfort. The breakfast was also just delicious and expansive, with hot and continental options. And the location was amazing, close to everything including great restaurants and cool vintage stores. Everything was perfect and completely wow!

This place is wonderful. We stayed in the junior suite with the hot tub, and the space is ENORMOUS. The bed was insanely comfortable, bathrooms incredibly useful, and jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in.
Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast is one of the better ones provided during our Italy trip, and the room was spotless. Home run of a location, ten minute walk to everything except for the Piazzale di Michaelangelo. You'll barely need to leave the area as a tourist.
Nothing, would easily book here again if I wanted to come to Florence. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for so no issue there.
