Elegant, clean and well kept. Breakfast was AMAZING!
The walls could be a bit too thin for light sleepers as it’s an old building. If you’re a light sleeper I recommend you contact the hotel beforehand so they can help you choose a suitable room. The noise from the street wasn’t a problem for our group.

We stayed in a charming and stunning loft apartment that exceeded all my expectations. The view of the garden made us feel as if we had our own private sanctuary, creating a sense of peace and intimacy throughout my stay.
The palace itself is breathtaking and wonderfully cozy, blending elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the palazzo were exceptionally friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.
Exploring Florence from a palace right in the heart of the city felt like stepping into another era—a truly unforgettable experience.
I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for both comfort and a touch of magic in Florence.

Wonderful
Rooms were really luxurious and the location was absolutely fantastic!
There was only one thing we weren’t happy with which was that whilst most of the staff were excellent, the woman who was running breakfast on 1st December was not very friendly and left us waiting for around 20 minutes before we were served.

Nice central location. Staff were very nice. Good breakfast. Rooms were spacious.
Impossible to sleep in the street-facing room I had. Every night drunk passerbys would be yelling in the early hours of the morning. I shuttered all the windows but it still did not help. I was in Florence in late November - not even close to peak season. I can't imagine how bad it would be in the summer. If your room faces the street, don't expect to get good sleep.

One of the best hotels in almost every respect
One downside was noise from a party held above our room. It was very loud, known to the hotel, and lasted until after midnight.
