Setting was lovely and room was charming.

Very nice breakfast, during which the owners accompany you and share valuable information on where to go and what to see, which was very useful. Very good accessibility of Florence by bus.

Family host and facilities were great. Very welcoming and breakfast was wonderful
Not easy to get to city center from facility. Bus was a pain with one ticket one card and not willing to take money for tickets. Walk was about 45 mins from city center

Aged property that doesnt look like in the pictures and needs refreshing to bring back its original charm. Breakfast not varied like others describe but good and simple

We loved the family and eating breakfast in their kitchen. We weren't in the main house but loved our accommodation. Florence is a bus ride away but we preferred to walk along the river not far from the property.

At this property we had the best experience. The room was nice, spacious, clean, characteristic. But the what made our stay the best was the lovely family as our hosts. They are so nice, friendly, helpful. Super welcoming we did not have this great experience anywhere in Italy. And the breakfast was superb! Food was delicious! And we loved the setting of it. Look forward to be back again one day. Thank you!!! :)

So much history within the space and courtesy of the owners who are a very warm kind family and so open to connection and helping.
The breakfast was one of the best ever, aubergine omelette, baked goodies.
Fridge, Huge bed & wardrobe.
Some might find the bathroom for the room small + harder to move round in.
Not enough time to do all the excellent suggestions!

It is in a very quiet area, fresh air and silence during the night. The breakfast is really exceptionally good and it is great to have it on a terrace. We could taste many different local food and all were delicious. In spite of not being in the centre, the public transport is quite good, with one bus one can get exactly to the centre. The hosts are very kind.
Wifi in our room did not work. The bathroom is very simple.

An old villa was next to the conference venue and close to the bus station to go to the city centre. Very neat place. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast where owners made you feel like being at grandparents place of the best childhood memory. Kind people serving delicious food!

The property is very authentic and the owners add to that experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is further away from the city but reachable by a short bus drive and feels like a relief when you come back home from a crowded city. The owners are really helpful in all aspects and the breakfast made by Nonna and served with a italian history lesson by Nonno mades it an unforgettable experience! Thank you!
