Our favorite hotel in Florence! The staff made it a cut above. We had some travel challenges and they bent WAAAY over backwards to make everything work (we were responsible for the challenges, not them). Our stay was lovely all around, but it was the staff’s helpfulness and warmth that made the stay memorable.

We loved the cleanliness, distance to attractions, comfort, and amenities the hotel offered. I loved that we were able to book a massage as soon as we arrived!
My only complaint is that I would have liked for the shower to have a small shelf to put our shampoos and soaps. It was inconvenient to keep them on the floor the whole time. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Location was good, clean, elegant. Staff was cordial. It was great to come back from sightseeing and find room tidy and fresh towels every day.
Room has only instant coffee and complimentary coffee and pastries were available only from noon to 5 pm

Fantastic location—less than a 5-minute walk from the Florence train station, close to a great pizza restaurant and a convenience store. The hotel offered unlimited filtered water refills. The washroom was spacious, the shower had consistent water pressure and temperature, and the room was nicely put together.
Some low noise could be heard from neighboring rooms.

The service and staff were excellent. I loved the breakfast and Lucca made me the best coffee, I had during my stay in Italy!
The spa facilities were great, but the temperature of the jacuzzi, could have been hotter.

Nothing to dislike, elegant property, good breakfast , great to have available a place to replenish water bottles still and sparkling to your heart content. Quite very well insulated from street noise .Less than 10 minutes walk from central train station.

The location is walking distance from Firenze Sta Maria Novella station and other city attractions. The room is big and we were upgraded to a room with balcony. The breakfast spread is delectable! If you love pastries then you're in heaven at Adler Cavalier! The staff are friendly and very helpful, too! They have recommended places to eat which are nearby. Bonus is the wellness room at affordable price. Highly recommended accommodation in Florence.
Sometimes you can hear noise from the other room. But that's tolerable for us.
