The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was in great condition, excellent comfortable bed, the spa was super nice too - we booked as a group of friends for the hour so it was great to have it to ourselves.

Our room exceeded our expectations. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was extremely clean, and it was cleaned every day during our stay. The staff paid close attention to everything and even offered complimentary drinks. Breakfast was not included when we booked the room, but after seeing it, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel for two days and we were very satisfied. It cost around €13 per person. Since we were traveling by train, we preferred a location close to the station, and it was perfect—you can reach the train station in just 5 minutes. It is also close to the city center. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Florence, and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to everyone for their efforts.

Great location, a stones throw away from SMN station. Decent breakfast selection, incredibly friendly staff.
Could do with better air con in the rooms, it was incredibly hot and loud with the window open as we were facing the main road
