This was such a lovely apartment near to the heart of city centre, but yet very quiet to allow us to have very good night rest. The apartment was near to many nice eateries and within walking distance to many places of interest. Highly recommend this lovely apartment for those coming to Florence. The host was quick in response and the check in process so fast and easy. Thank you Luisa and Baby for such a memory stay in Florence!

Good central location, apartment almost as described and pictured
It was not very clean. Space is pretty used up and smaller then appears on pictures. Hosts were not very flexible about check in times and absolutely refused to extend check out passed 10 oclock in the morning( I asked to pay extra)

The location was very good, the 2 bedrooms were fine, the kitchen , washing machine all good. The bathrooms (which is not unusual for Italy) were a little small but not bad. Also althought this is on the third floor there is an elevator.
I would say the bathrooms could be a bit larger but you have to understand these buildings are very old and limited regarding what you can do with them. The bathroom in my next apartment in Rome was far worse.

The toilet brush, fridge and cupboards were dirty. There was a strong smell of chlorine when we entered. There were also mosquitoes in the room. It’s hard to find parking, the closest one is 35 eu per day

Fantastic Location. Very clean and comfortable apartment. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate staying here again. The main door to the apartment is a bit tricky.

The place is nicely decorated and is very clean inside. Comfortable but it has a few minor issues.
The door to the apartment is little bit tricky to lock and unlock.
The medicine cabinet above the sink is too far out. I bumped to it several times.
The folding door to one of bath room did not function well, difficult to close and to open.
Hall way has no natural light. Need to find light switch to turn on light.

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood, slightly away from the busy and noisy main tourist locations. It is very quiet and safe at night, all the beautiful tall windows have shutters, too, even though they overlook a quiet courtyard. We loved the two full modern bathrooms, the very comfortable beds, all the comforts of home and a washing machine! The manager Rodolfo met us and gave a thorough tour of the apartment and also gave some useful advice as to local food shopping. The Carrefour supermarket is 3 minutes walk and the famous Trattoria da Tito is around the corner. Would definitely stay again!
The towels were thin and worn and some basic necessities, like salt and napkins, were missing.

Space was plenty for four people, frige was more than adequate and had a full stove that we never used. Bathrooms were nice. Place was very quiet, never heard any of the residents. There was a parking garage two blocks away which was good. Neighbor hood felt safe. Coffee shop right on the corner as well as a Pharmacy. We were about 6 blocks from the center of the historic area, 20 minutes to Train Station, places to eat within 3-4 blocks.
Thought we had a dryer, it was a drying rack. We were able to dry the clothes we did wash though as you see many in the city with outside cloths lines. One couch for sitting and the dining table chairs were all that were in living area, but we came to see Florence and spent limited time sitting around.
