The location of the property was great.
Just 2 stops from the central station in Florence and situated on the mainline of Florence.
The property has a beautiful balcony which is the highlight of the property.
We had all the amenities which was great.
First, the sofa bed is really not good. It hurts the back and that is a big no at least from me.
Also, the property experienced a blackout which lasted for 2 hours. Although, it was in no way the fault of the owners and they did provide use with candles and emergency light, but since we also had a small kid, it became really difficult for him and for us especially preparing his food.

Good location too close to train station.
The room was quite small especially the bathroom was only to be used by small kids.
If an adult wants to take a shower is quite so difficult because the available space is tiny.
Plus there is no available control unit for the a/c!
In our staying there, the weather wasnt so warm (first days of April) so at night we wanted to activate the a/c but unfortunately there was no any control in the room!!
When i made the check out the next day in the morning, i informed a woman there, about that and she answered me that there was no any control because the weather is good and the visitor cant adjust the temperature by his own!!! So if someone feels cold or he has childs and wants to warm the room, he just cant control the temperature because everything is fixed!!!!!
Also the walls of the room were so thin without any insulation so u could hear everything happened in the next room.
We just felt that we had extra roomates in the same area!!!!

We loved everything! Extremely spacious, great Location close to transport and famous tourist sites. There was a mini kitchen so If you wanted to cook you can! Great value for money overall! Staff were also so kind and knowledgeable.

Very friendly hosts who even let us leave our luggage for the day on departure. Great value for location. Deceptively large space. Perfectly clean.
Very small shower cubical. Was woken by lots of chatter quite early in the morning.

Location of the apartment is perfect. Very close to public transport. Centre is walkable from the apartment. Airport. Airport is 20 mins. by tram and train station 5 mins. Even the train station is walkable.
The host is very friendly, though our flight reached late in the evening but she was available for us at the property to make a smooth check in

The owner arranged a time to meet our schedule and was there to welcome us and show us around the apartment.
He was very helpful advising nearby grocery outlets.
With 4 of us there were only 2 extra folding chairs to sit at the table.
The description did not advise low ceiling for the upper bedroom area, especially with a 6 ft 5 in guest, it becomes a challenge.

The location is perfect for visiting Florence, just 3 tram stations to the center. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay and the host is nice, helpful, with a discreet presence. The interior is fine and modern decorated, well equipped with the necessary appliances.

I absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location, the room itself, comfy beds, lots of space, amazing owners who were here to always help. And the AC!! I hope we can return here one day again. Thank you again, we had the most amazing vacation in Florence, thanks to you. :-)
The shower is bit small, but nothing you wont get used to! :-) Also you can hear your neighbours a lot, which can be sometimes quite upsetting if they love to walk in the apartment in heels or dance at midnight... but that's an issue everywhere, not just here. It's just how the buildings are built. So please, be considerate towards others.
