Very Good
Location - easy to reach, parking space available, free. 15' walk to the historic heart, bike rental available.
Room - huge, plenty of room, quiet, decent beds, good sleep quality.
Wifi - worked without problems.
Bathroom - solid size, bathtub, no complaints here. Hot water came instantly, shower worked well.
Breakfast - good choice, we were not disappointed.
Staff - friendly, English not a barrier.
Cost - very solid for what we got.

Hotel is 20 minutes walk from from the city centre. Parking is free all around the building. Breakfast was good, room was very comfortable and quiet. We could bring our dog with us. You can also rent a bike in the hotel. Perfect for a short stay in Ferrara.

The staff was so friendly, which was refreshing :) they really made me want to come back. I liked the hotels decor and the size of the rooms.
The WiFi didn’t work in my room, so I had to use all my data :( the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and there was no air conditioning (it’s “winter”), so it was quite warm in the room. Had to keep the balcony door open at all times and then bugs flew inside.
I also didn’t like how there wasn’t a “do not disturb sign.”

From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. The variety that was offered at the buffet breakfast is exceptional at this property.
The location of this property is not ideal as it is out of the centre & just on the outskirts.In saying this the property offers the use of bikes free of charge to get around the city cntr. The property doesn't have a gym, which whilst on business i like to work out so this was a downfall on my behalf for not checking prior booking as I was there for 4 it's & the price was not comparable to other hotels right in the centre. The property is a little old, run down & could do with a refurbishment. Francesca was so delightful & is a real credit to the hotel, not8nhing was to hard when asked of her.

The old feel of the rooms was very nice and relaxing. The location was great because it was not too far from the town center, walkable. Good variety for breakfast and the food was good.
