Its location to Como Lake. However, the train station description need to be more precise. It is close to a 24/7 market.
The train station info was not quite correct, need to specify train station name and distance to hotel from both statins. There are 2 train stations to Como area. The one that is close to hotel does not have many trains pass through per hotel staff.

The overall room and staff were great! Comfy bed, spacious room, great views and super helpful people at the front desk. The best part was the distance between the hotel and the train station and even from the city center.
The pillows were not my favorite cause they were a bit too flat but I guess thats personal preference. The curtain in the bathroom window was stuck and I couldnt get it down. However, all in all the best place to stay at when visiting Lake Como.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. On top of that is a very good location, close to rail station, main centre and lake, it was amazing time.
The only issue we had was not being able to check in in our rooms on time. As we came with a big group of friends just for one night, we came to hotel one hour after rooms supposed to ready just to put our bags in safe place and go straight away to see the city, however only 2 rooms, from 5 of them was prepared for us. Staff was very polite, though, and I believe it might not be their fault, but maybe some of the previous customers didn't check out on time.
