We had a room with a balcony facing the lake. The ambiance was stylish and the room was quiet, the beds very comfy and the balcony was great to enjoy a beautiful sunset. We also liked the walking distance to the town center along the lake. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the different fruit selection, the small bites (smoked salmon, skewers of prosciutto, grapes and mozzarella). Staff prepared hot drinks and scrambled eggs for us. The receptionist was very kind (and patient) in letting me practice my Italian.
We went stayed at end of October and had a room with a balcony which we used to relax. If we’d come in spring or summer we’d want to have a nicer, more relaxing outdoor space available with comfy seating. The current outdoor space is boring facing a concrete wall. Hotel information states that in summer guests can use the outdoor space of the hotel Kriss.

Excellent location. Beautiful lake view room. Very clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Maids did not seem to follow do not disturb notice on the door or it was not working (electronic). This happened twice. They came in to clean on our checkout day at 8.45am and came straight into the room without waiting and we were still in bed. When we went to breakfast they came in again when we still were not checked out and made the bed however they then came again as were leaving the room at 11am to check out to clean again.

The location is truly one of the best in Bardolino, offering a stunning view directly over the lake. The hotel is small and cozy, with thoughtful details that create a special and inviting atmosphere. Everything is impeccably clean, and the interior design is both stylish and unique. On top of that, the staff is not only friendly but also exceptionally professional and welcoming.
Breakfast is simple yet elegant, perfectly balanced and never overwhelming. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay here again on my next visit.
I’m deeply grateful to the team for creating such a warm and comfortable environment for their guests—it’s a perfect retreat.

The location next to the lake and a few minutes walk (beautiful boardwalk) to the downtown shops and restaurants made it ideal. The design of the hotel, breakfast, amenities were excellent!

Very helpful and friendly staff. A breakfast choice was very nice. A location is good but you need a car if you plan sightseeing. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Good location if you are interested in playing golf.

The ac worked so able to keep room cool. Freshly squeezed orange juice with breakfast.
Staff not very helpful with local attractions (wineries) thought 25min was to long to walk but could order us a taxi, no offer on the rental of their bikes, which they don't display the price of. Great concept of being home from home, but didn't deliver on it. You can have breakfast how you want it, they say, when asked for poached eggs can't have it even though there was a pan of boiling water on. Room provide flip-flops but no robes, don't know if you would have had to pay for these as there was no point using them, they had a little pouch of vanity stuff, like shower cap, soap etc but had a 5 euro price tag on it. Toilet paper was poor quaily compared to the other places we stayed. Smart room was a gimmick info section on very small screen blank, only control lights but easier with light switches as touch screen very small and not accurate. Smart TV was a Sharp only had Netflix and YouTube plus lots of other unknown dodgy iptv apps, nothing useful like amizon prime, disney+ or apps were available. The advertised 100 International TV channel, you got 30, 3 where English all news. Asked reception about this they said they would need to get tech guy to have a look in morning. This never happened and couldn't be bother to chase them up. Was very disappointed in this place as we though we would splash out on our last two days on a unique place, so for the facilities we got and the gimmick of home from home this was an expensive room that offered less than the 3 other places we stayed that were a lot cheaper and had much better facilities.
