Wonderful
Very friendly and helpful personnel, quick responses via messages.
Location is great, just off the busy/noisy street, with lovely views of the lake.
The room decor is a bit vintage but perfectly fits the surroundings and is not worn out. Very comfortable bed.
The room was very clean.

Wonderful
Lovely hotel located in the beautiful town of Bardolino. Rooms were lovely although the bathroom needs updating. Stunning gardens and pool area .Nice breakfast.
Some food ran out at breakfast, and used plates, dishes weren't taken away during service. Bathroom needs updating, old style shower and hairdryer from the 70's

The hotel is modern and clean. The pool is lovely and the location in Bardolino is perfect- around 10-15 minute walk to the centre mostly along the lakeside. Rooms were refreshed every day which was greatly appreciated.
The breakfast options were limited and quality of the food wasn’t great. Eggs and hot food were poor. The worst part of the stay was the coffee! - terrible coffee at breakfast and lunch from the snack bar. The hotel is predominantly German tourists so I don’t know if this is just not to our tastes but it was so bitter and undrinkable. Limited sunbeds around the pool but we did manage to get 2 each day. The pool could have been cleaner. Leaves and debris in there and I didn’t see it manually cleaned during our stay. No English language channels or subtitles available on tv in room. Not a massive issue but would have been nice to have it on while getting ready / on a nighttime. Couldn’t “cast” to tv either to use our own devices.

Lovely hotel which seems to be family run. The staff were very helpful and gave some good advice for going into town and hiring bikes. Short walk to town along the waters edge which was lovely in the evenings. Pool was plenty big enough and lots of space around it including the bar which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked and included home made cakes everyday.
We couldn't get the aircon to work in our room when we first arrived but this was sorted after a phone call to reception, it wasn't able to cool the room fully though. At some points there were not enough sun loungers around the pool, although this is more to do with the people staying in the hotel reserving them while they were not in use.

Very Good
beautiful and well kept hotel which is in a perfect location. The staff were always happy to help and the room, pool and breakfast areas were very well kept. We found the breakfast very good for what we wanted and the pool drinks were well made.
The aircon it was not very strong

Everything was lovely. The balconies are absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the lake, mountains and surrounding countryside. Everything seemed brand new and spotless, including the lovely pool area, surrounded by olive trees. The walk into town is scenic, quick and easy. We struggled to book taxis (it was high season to be fair) but staff really went above and beyond to help us find a solution.

Wonderful
This is a family run hotel and the family works very hard to ensure that guests have a wonderful time. The room was clean, modern with plenty of storage space, including space for both suitcases. The breakfast was of a high standard with a good choice and the most delicious cakes. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of loungers. We enjoyed lounging under the shade of the olive trees slightly further away from the pool. It is a short walk to the lakeside path and then an easy walk into Bardolino.
We had a great stay in a beautiful hotel but would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

Very clean, staff exceptional, pool and gardens beautiful, bedrooms comfortable, and breakfast very good.
Property was about a 20 minute walk from centre of Bardolino via the lake, which was beautiful but poss little further than we were expecting. But wouldn’t put us off returning.

The options at breakfast was great!
The staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had.
The pool area was never too overcrowded and was relaxing.
Everything was great, it would be nice to get a new water in the room every day though :)

The Hotel Villa Olivo Resort is a family run hotel in a quiet location with excellent customer service. Staff all very friendly and especially Greta who helped us book out day trip to Venice. It is situated a 10 minute walk from centre but it is a very pleasant walk along lakeside. Breakfast was very good too.

Beautiful pool with a view of the lake. Staff were all really friendly and was good to have breakfast included. Could hire bikes from outside reception and cycle around the lake which was great. Easy 15min walk into Bardolino, or quicker cycle.
Couldn't use the pool after you'd checked out.

So peaceful, spotlessly clean, lovely large pool, always found a sun bed.Just far enough out of the main town, enjoyed the walk along the lakeside to all the restaurants.Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning didn’t cool the room enough, couldn’t seem to set temperature lower than 22 degrees.We could have done with a kettle in the room so we could have a cup of tea before breakfast, we are early risers!

the place was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre along the lake. it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was terrific with lots of choices.
One very minor complaint there was no English tv channels.
