Location, location, location!, very nice staff, the adjacent resturant was very good (guests get a discount), rooms are clean, we took 2 rooms, one for 3 people which was quite big, the other for 2 people which was quite small but we managed. parking is free and right infront of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, everyone found something they liked, if i'm back at the area would revisit for sure.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location, right on the promenade along the lake. The hotel was not very busy so we were given a corner room on a top floor with a view on the lake from two sides and a balcony. It was incredible. The swimming pool of the hotel is in beautiful gardens approximately two minutes walk from the hotel. It was open in April.
The bathroom and shower facilities were a little bit old and outdated.

I really liked the view of lake Garda and the nature around the hotel is amazing. Hotel has good parking spot, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Every room beside with the lake view is very noisy from the street. Aldo the room was very clean the interior is very worn out and very outdated. The hair dryer is a joke and you can not dry anything with it. The bed is very stiff but this could be personal preference that I like soft beds.

Great location and a nice view from our terrace, friendly and helpful staff, parking, an outdoor pool and a park some 100 meters away, air conditioning in the room.
Room was a bit small for 4, bathroom and especially the shower was really narrow, some renovation would be nice.

The place, the staff, the sweeming pool and the pool :)
Our room was on the street side, and it was too loud because of the trafic.

Good size room and bathroom. Good breakfast and a restaurant on the waterfront apong with a few others. Parking was good.

Location was perfect: on the lake side with excellent transport links for travelling around the lake. Helpful and friendly staff. Adjoining restaurant. Pool and gardens. Car park available.

Spotlessly clean room, really comfortable beds, powerful shower, good breakfast (not sure how people can complain about the breakfast there was a lot of choice - yes the same each day but it’s a buffet breakfast - not sure what else they could have done for a 3 star hotel I thought it was excellent).
Only negative is no coffee making facilities in the room.
