The hotel is allright, it is old. The breakfast was not good - the products did not feel fresh. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. We were kind of disappointed.
It's visible that the hotel is old, the pool does not have a lot of sun hours, the breakfast was not very fresh.

The breakfast, the ladies who served the breakfast and the terrace. The ladies are very friendly and hospitable.
The staff at the reception could be more hospitable, welcoming and friendly. During our check-in we were not informed that the spa needed to be pre-ordered (2 hours in advance) and to be additionally paid.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic close to town but in a quiet area. The breakfast was amazing. I'd go back just for the croissants! The pool and other facilities are beautiful.
The beds were uncomfortable (very hard). If you get a room under the kitchen on the roof top terrace it is noisy starting at 7 am.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were excellent, especially Silva who assisted us with our plans to explore Lake Garda each day, and offered us local advice and the wonderful waitress staff who served us at breakfast each day! The hotel was well located, it had everything we required, and was spacious! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great location. It felt clean, classy & spacious.
The pool and jacuzzi looked amazing but unfortunately the rain stopped play for us.
The only downside was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
