this hotel is perfect for us,dog friendly,on site parking,less than five minutes to walk into town or lakeside. Very nice breakfast staff wonderful.
Restaurant Fermetempo right next door is excellent and very relaxed and warm atmosphere, highly recommend.

Everything! Perfect location close to the lake and town centre, immaculately clean, fantastic breakfast, great value for money and extremely well looked after by the owner Mauro who will give you all the local knowledge you might need and treat you like a family member.

From the outset our host did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible, including an excellent suggestion on the local Osteria. The location is ideal - a very short walk from the town center and to the promenade, and within 10/15 mins walk to the bus terminal. Breakfast including fruit and croissants was fresh each morning, with free coffee available on demand. Ask for a bedroom with a balcony - the balcony is large and well equipped with chairs and loungers and the host is happy for you to take breakfast trays to your room so you can eat outside. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Excellent staff and room was very nice with lovely balcony where you could eat breakfast. Location of hotel was great with only a short walk to centre of town and places to eat literally next door.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s only a one minute walk to the sea and one minute walk to the city center. The balcony is exceptional, it is huge an d you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun.

Beautiful room and terras! Breakfast was good and locations was perfect. Close to the centre but surprisingly quiet.
The staff luckily did accommodate our check kn and out time (that was outside their standard hours) but nowadays check in & out is usually flexible/automated with most hotels in case you arrive later than planned.
Big thanks for the staff to help us out but it was a bit of a hassle for travelers like us that have a packed schedule:)
