Fantastic staff, good location (close to lake but a little far from ferry). Room was spacious and air conditioned. The small kitchen was very helpful. Private parking made everything easier.
No elevator to annex rooms (we had a stroller).

The Hotel was excellent. Staff were brilliant always engaging and friendly both in breakfast room and reception. Staff always had a smile on their faces.
Room was great and good sized with nice balcony. Shower was very good. Cleaner was excellent.
Breakfast was excellent with great choices.
Pool was lovely and there were always sun beds available. Drinks service around pool was a bonus.
A lovely walk along the Lake into Bardolino or Cisano/Lazise. Bus stop close for buses to Garda or Malcesine.
Lovely choice of restaurants in Bardolino or Cisano but also a few close to Hotel.
All in all a great stay and will be returning next year.

Breakfast particularly good. Pool area was clean and tidy. Always able to get sun loungers. Close to town and shops. Service was good from well mannered staff. Very professional.
Small issues, an iron for clothes wasn’t in the room. One could even be shared on each level, on the landing. Bathroom window could do with a curtain.

The hotel is just fantastic. Spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast, (with a special mention for the delicious omelettes) great pool area and comfortable rooms. However the most impressive part of this hotel are its staff. From the front desk, the cleaners and the waiters/ waitress’, each and every person we met greeted us with a big smile and were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much and the service was beyond 5 star. Will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

Staff were incredible. Very friendly, helpful and very informative. A special mention to Marta who was so helpful to us. Breakfast was really good too, fresh ingredients with plenty of variety. Rooms were modern, comfy and clean with great air con.

We found everything to be fantastic,the staff, the location, our accommodation.Hotel Gardenia and Villa Charme is a seriously superb Hotel and we are looking forward to returning in two years. Any information can be sourced from the staff on reception with regards to the local area, including the ferry that takes you around Lake Garda and Bardolino itself.
The hotel is perfectly located, just off the main road and only a 2 minute walk onto the promenade that takes you either towards Lazise in one direction, and Bardolino in the other.Its pretty secluded and quiet and the two pools are extremely nice,not big but perfect to cool down in as you relax beside them.Sunbeds around the pool are always available.
Also,just across from the hotel there is a restaurant called Le Palafitte,superb atmosphere and the food is amazing and there is no rush to finish and leave,outstanding restaurant
