Lovely hotel near to the Lake & local restaurants. Staff were very friendly & welcoming at all times. We were there at the time of the hotel anniversary & lots of events scheduled to celebrate with guests.

+ good location
+ the personnel (except for the restaurant manager) very friendly and helpful
+ as a hotel guest, you can use bikes to get to the city center, go for a ride
+ very big bed and you can choose from different types of pillows
+ nice pools and garden to spend time in
+ spacious room
+ breakfast really good with nice variety of gluten-free options (even sugar-free were there)
+++ we were leaving in the evening and could use pools, bikes till the evening, and what is more they offered us a special guest room to take a shower and change clothes
- no kettle in the room, I asked for one and did not get one
- there was a bag in the room so you can pack your stuff and go to the pool, found there trash of previous guests
- the shower shall be better cleaned - over my head there were black traces of mold

Location was superb - two minutes walk into town and not far from costal road to Garda . Choice of pools with different vibes, staff very friendly and lots of places to sit ,drink eat or relax
It is situated on a main room so front pool was beautiful but noisy - I could turn off but partner did not like this or balcony due to noise.

It was in a quiet location but only a short walk into Bardolino town. The rooms were really comfortable, breakfast choice was fantastic, the staff were all friendly.

This hotel is beautiful, it is kept extremely clean and in a perfect location. The room we had was pool facing and quiet (which is great when travelling with children). All pools and garden areas are kept lovely, no issues with getting sun beds. There is a good sized supermarket next door which is useful. Bardolinos main square is a 10 min walk max. Free bikes to use also a huge plus. Hotel staff are all super. All the luxury extras in the room available like toiletries etc are a nice touch (and what you would expect at this price range of hotel)
Breakfast was average (good but not 5 star). For the price of this hotel, it was disappointing not to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room! I really missed not being able to wake up and have a nice peaceful coffee in the morning overlooking the pool before breakfast. Considering all the effort (and cost) in all other areas of the hotel.. it was disappointing not to have this accessible like most 5 star hotels do (I guess to make money in bar area?)

Lovely hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at and we do a fair amount of traveling. A classy place with lots of really nice touches to make the stay very enjoyable. We'll be back again.

Color Hotel was fantastic, the facilities were excellent and the staff were so welcoming and friendly- nothing was too much to ask! The hotel itself was modern and clean and our room was perfect. We had a meal on the rooftop of the hotel for our last evening which was fantastic too!
There could have been a few more loungers around the lagoon pool, but not a major issue - it was just a popular place to sunbath!

The property is in a very good location 5-10 minute walk to the port /restaurants and lake Garda. The property is super clean the 3 pools 1 heated are also very nice.

Excellent staff with great English and so helpful. Loved the sunbay heated pool area especially pools, the hammocks and the table tennis. Free bike hire was a great bonus. Very comprehensive breakfast. Good location just 5 mins walk from the lake side and 10 mins walk from the centre of Bardolino.
The road in front of the hotel was quite busy.

All the staff in all areas of the hotel were kind, helpful and cheery to all their guests. An easy 5 minute walk to Lake Garda and town centre with numerous bars and restaurants . A wonderful place to stay!
