Loved the cappuccinos and fresh baked croissants. It was amazing waking up to the toll of multiple church bells and the smell of freshly baked breads and croissants. Pietro was the most welcoming host- went over and above making us feel at home in his beautiful city. He even drove us to Asti and shared his love of history and passion for his beautiful country.

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT! Completely central to all you want to do in Alba. There is no need for a taxi to get to all the good restaurants, shops and experiences in Alba town.

The owner was very communicative throughout our stay. He even helped me park as it was my first time navigating the narrow Italian streets.
We only stayed one night. I cannot think of anything that would have been better. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is very central. The parking was close to the room. The furniture was vintage.
The air conditioning hardly worked. The terrace was grotty. Reception was a cursory handover of keys from a friend of the owner. The rooms were musty. Considering the price we expected more.

Location was exceptional with parking at the hotel.
While the room was incredibly spacious, the beds were a bit saggy. Would have been nice to have at least an included coffee/tea kettle in the room.

The property is in a very convenient location, few steps from the main square and the location of the White Truffle festival. There is a lovely coffee shop and a good restaurant downstairs. There is a very convenient private parking. Pietro the host is awesome! He helped us with our restaurant reservations even before we arrived. He made sure that everything is ready and arranged a nice crib for our daughter. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated with beautiful antiques. It's very clean! It's our 2nd time staying in the property and will surely come back again. Thank you Pietro!

Central located classic building. Rooms with high ceiling and nicely decorated. Modern bathroom.
The noise from the room above us was quite noticeable. The sheets were a bit narrow just covering the width of the mattress.

Pietro did an excellent job of providing us with info about Alba, Treiso, and the general area, and personally took us to what would become our favorite bar/Osteria in the region - Ape. Pietro is knowledgeable and attentive to all guests' needs, and he was there for us every time we had a question or needed help. I would stay in this hotel every single time I go to Alba. It's well-kept, clean, comfortable, and Pietro is an awesome host. Can't miss with this hotel.
