Lots of food available for breakfast, more than fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with nice views to the surrounding. Room was spacous, shower was nice and the house was easily accessible. We would book again.
Hot tub was warm rather than hot and thus was not suitable for long dips.

It was quiet and good view of the Northern lights. Hot tub was also available. Very clean and plenty of kitchen amenities.
Self served breakfast. The reason we chose this place was it said free breakfast. Since we had been traveling all day, and had to get going the next day, we were hoping for full service to minimize time to get going in the morning. Fruits, yogurt, cheese, ham, eggs , drinksetc were available in the fridge, but we also had some of these items with us. Dishes were also dirty so we had to re-wash them before and after use. To be fair booking does not differentiate between full service and self service breakfast.

The guesthouse is well-managed, you check in on your own, and you can use all of the amenities on your own, including the hot tub, which we enjoyed, you also make your own breakfast, which is a novel approach, but actually works quite well.
The rooms are tiny and close together, which means you hear other guests and, as was in our case, if other guests are using the shared area a lot, you have very limited privacy and might get flashbacks to your college days. The hot tub is great, easy to operate and use, there is a wind protector and a mountain view, however, it is located on a horse farm, so be prepared for corresponding odours.

Good location when doing the ring road. The communication with the host was great. The kitchen was well supplied, and everything was clean.
Our room was in front of the kitchen and we would hear everything the other guests would do, which is understandable when it's a guesthouse, but we could still hear them making noise even late at night. Just to keep in mind and case you prefer to sleep early.

We are family of 4 and stayed in a family room. it was a bit tight as there was a bunk bed to accommodate the whole family. although, it was ok for one night and we spent the rest of the time in the common area. the guest house was well equipped, including washing machine and a drier that was really a big plus after several days of travelling.

Having the hot tub with the natural hot spring water was the seller. I loved soaking in at the end of the day. The fridge was well-stocked. The place was worth it.

We stayed in the family room and it was very. the common-shared kitchen had everything needed for cooking and tons of plates and bowls. Dishwasher was very nice to have. The breakfast is included and is self serve. Eggs, bread, yogurt, jams, peanut butter, granola, oatmeal, bananas and apples, cheese and meats. The hot tub was amazing - you have to fill it using the switch by the front door. We loved our stay. We went to go visit the stables right across the road to see the horses.
Shared kitchen and some of the guests did not do their dishes.
