Beautiful hotel embedded in the volcanic landscape. we had a room with a view towards the lake, which was amazing. The room had everything we needed and was very quiet even if the hotel seemed to be full. The staff was very helpful and full filled our wishes. The breakfast was fine as well. Good location to explore the north.
One would expect nicer shower gel and shampoo in the rooms in a hotel this price range.

Super friendly staff and excellent food (both dinner and breakfast). The room was perfect and I loved the sofa next to the window to catch the Northern lights from your room. The view was incredible. I'm definitely returning here next time!

We had booked a room with special features for the handicapped and were pleased with the size and layout of the room. It was spacious and easy to get around. We also liked the bench seat below the window, which would have been the ideal place to watch the northern lights, if they had made an appearance. The breakfast buffet was varied and the breads delicious.
The room could have been provided with more hangers considering the layers of clothing required when temperatures reach -13 degrees Celsius.

Lovely central location to lots of the most popular tourist attractions. We stayed two nights and three would have been better to cover everything we wanted to see. Lovely breakfast, happy hour drinks and restaurant on site. Perfectly clean and free parking on site.
