THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND ROOMS VERY COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS, WE WAS ABLE TO GET LATE CHECK OUT FOR FREE.
NO PARKING AND THE BREAKFAST DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH VARIETY AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT

The included breakfast was good, but would benefit from some additional hot items.
The staff were all fantastic! Courteous, prompt, helpful, etc.
The room was good.....quite small, but good. Because of the small size, there was not even a small side table to eat at. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were all very soft, which reduced the overall comfort. The shower was excellent.

Great location in the center of Reykjavik. Amazing breakfast. Clean and well appointed, helpful staff.
We had our windows open (the weather was unusually warm while we were there) and the sound and noise of night life was a little loud at night.

Beautiful, super comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. But the best part of my stay was that the front desk staff was able to check me in early. I was so exhausted from the flight and was planning to nap in my car, so I nearly cried when they said they had a room ready. Thank you!

Great staff & great location. Next door to a wonderful bakery/cafe - Sandholt & convenient to bars, shops and attractions.
Understandable-Parking was a little difficult & a little confusing at first but the hotel helped explain the system. Hotel is on a pedestrian street. Parking in P2, P3 is cheaper and you need to download the parking app- PARKA. Parked 2 blocks from the hotel in a P2 zone. Street parking.

It was well located to be able to get out and visit the town. The breakfast was very good and a great selection of healthy choices
It is Iceland so there is no air conditioning and you have to leave your windows open to cool your room. Which can be very noisy if you are on the front side of the hotel.

parking in town and at this hotel were very difficult. Loading and unloading was not explained as being in the back of the hotel but all went well on departure

Location was close to resturants ans shops.
Though the room was nice and the staff was great, if you happen to be in room 228, you will hear live performances in a bar most of the night. Would have been nice to have earplugs in the room. I am sure the staff is aware and it should not be necessary to ask, even if they have them.

Fantastic location. Pretty lobby. Nice staff.
Room was strange. Paid for upgraded room but roof slant = head bump. And we are short!! Also some nitpicks. Every hotel we stayed at in Iceland had machine offering lattes etc. this expensive hotel charged you a lot extra for machine coffee. Breakfast had no hot foods. Stingy for high prices.
