Location was fantastic, we were able to walk to top spots easily. The apartment was super spacious and clean, and the beds and blankets were comfy, too! Easy to do self check in and out, etc.

The location is amazing and feet from where you want to be, yet somehow quiet and quaint. The apartment was a good size and perfect for our 2 day adventure.
Nothing, just Iceland is expensive by nature but that is universal to everywhere in Iceland.

Easy walk to lots of things, parking included, hosts were helpful and friendly, apartment has everything we needed.
Noise outside the bedroom window. We were on 2nd floor which was right at street level so it might not be as noticeable in other rooms.

Loved the apartment.
The only small downside is the slanted ceiling (room 403) which made hanging out in the living room a little more challenging (and the sit down shower because of ceiling too). Next year I will go back and request room 203 or 303 to avoid this issue. But everything else was really great!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect, with easy walks to showing and dining. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The hood over the stove is low and sharp. Wish someone would put safety bumpers on the corners! Other that that, nothing to complain about.

Great location. Bed in the bedroom was great. Kitchen facilities fine. Great shower. Fine for 2 people, but not more.
The third bed was a very uncomfortable cot set up in the small living room. Very cheap construction. Much smaller than the photos made it look.

We loved this apartment. It was steps away from the rainbow road and convenient to everything. We loved having a large sitting room and the kitchen to cook food. The beds were so comfortable and there was a ton of storage for our stuff! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The only thing we had problems with was the keypad to get in the apartment and the room. It was very testy and one time locked us out for a time. I think a regular key would have been much more convenient.

The location was perfect. We were right in the heart of town. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The price was very reasonable for such a large space.
The two rooms were very different sizes despite both having double beds. It was a little awkward with two couples, but it was fine.

Very nice apartment with helpful manager. Excellent location for walking to downtown attractions.
No clothes washer or dish washer. Had to do all washing by hand. Could have used a dish dryer rack and additional cookware and cutlery.

Positives:
Owner was very responsive and cooperative.
Location was very central, convenient to go around. Only downside was, we were not aware that there are 2 Reykjavid4You apartment and the driver dropped us at the wrong property when we arrived.
Suggestion - would be good if the owner could provide a kettle

The room was pretty big and nice. I love the location ans the fact that they have parking in downtown
My room is on the 4th floor and it’s quite a work with luggage. No elevator. Also I asked them about the availability on the day that I gonna flight back to states and they answered so late so the room I wanted was booked and I have to choose another hotel =_=

Great location! Easy to walk to places of interest. Parking on sight. Nice size for three people. Warm and cozy environment Lovely cafe / bakery right next door and grocery store on the corner.
The futon was very uncomfortable and had no sheet for it. The towels were a little rough. Hand soap in bathroom and kitchen would be nice .

Apt was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, in the city but not noisy, walkable to lots of attractions and the bus stop for tour & local buses was only a 2 min walk.
