Location of our apartment was steps away from Rainbow Street, the apartment was clean, there were towels which we didn't even expect we brought our own, checking in and out was really easy and there was free parking for the car right outside
Only that we were on the third floor with no lift and had 3 kids to go up the stairs with luggage.

Great location peaceful fun area very central , very clean, beautiful apartment well equipped, great shower and a very comfortable beds.
To have had the email a day earlier as the company had a few apartments and we thought the booking .com pin was the properties code so went to the wrong location to begin with, it was sorted quickly by the properties manager so not too bad.

Ideal location, near the rainbow street and shopping. We walked a few blocks from the nearby bus stop up a hill and found it rather easily by using our mobile phone maps. We were early, and we were prepared to drop our bags in a storage area, but the hosts came out and said we could get in the unit right away. That worked out really well, and we were free to regroup and head for our city walking tour. There's a grocery store nearby where we bought what we needed for breakfast and snacks.
We had a small problem with the key code not working until our original arrival time, but the hosts resolved it quickly. We had no further problems during our stay.

We loved the location of this apartment and the space. We are a family of 5 and it is hard to find places to accommodate all of us in one room . The kitchen was perfect for all our needs . It was clean and comfortable . I would recommend this place to stay for your visit to Iceland.

Clea and comfortable appartament. Big enough for 3-4 people.
Only during our first night(from 2) for more times, and a few minutes, there were strong knoking sounds inside the appartament, maybe building. They woke us up for 2-3 times and that was not good at all because we were very tired the next day. We reported this by email and in the scond night there were no more souds. The parking place it is on first come first served base, it cannot be reserved. In the evening at least in the 2 days when we were there, the parking places on the street were fast completed.

Great location in the center of downtown Reykjavik. Many restaurants and attractions as well as bus and taxis in walking distance.
We had trouble finding the door keypad. It could not be seen until after You rubbed it. We had never seen this before. It took several phone calls and about 1/2 hour to get into the apartment. Management needs to explain the system when they send code. They were helpful though.

Absolutely fantastic location! Can get anywhere downtown in a 3-10 min walk. Very clean, stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and literally anything else you might need. There is a grocery store on the next street (1 min walk) and a really good Indian restaurant across the street. We planned to leave our luggage at reception for a few hours since our flight landed ~5 hours before check in, but they let us check in early at no cost! Overall great experience and highly recommend this spot.

We were in apartment 302. Good location and close to the main 'high street' , supermarket and the cathedral. Rainbow Street is within yards as well so very easy to get to everything in Reykjavik. Easy to get to by road from outside the city without driving through the middle and close to the domestic airport - walkable distance with cases. Room was comfortable. Communication prior to arrival was excellent with clear instructions, etc. Parking on-site for about six cars which worked for us but could be a problem if more apartments had cars.
Limited kitchen cutlery - six plates, bowls, etc but only two knives??? Freezer box was totally frozen and needs defrosting if you want to keep any frozen food in it.
