Wonderful
Cleanliness. Staffs are very particular on their presentation and handling the food. The front desk staffs are very helpful, friendly.
Lack of toiletries because most of the hotels that I have been to, have all the things that the customers need. One particular hotel that I have been to has a make-up remover towelettes.

Wonderful
After traveling and not sleeping for over 30 hours we were more than ready to get into our room and rest. The beds here were the comfiest out of the other 4 places we stayed at on the trip! We slept for 18 hours, woke up feeling rested, and enjoyed the delicious spread of complimentary breakfast before leaving!
The room itself is quite small, but you don't come to Iceland to sit in your room all day

Typical hotel experience with clean rooms and facilities. Decent selection for breakfast, and a bar near reception was available in the evening for some drinks. Check-out at 12PM was very convenient to allow us to have a slow morning before our departure flight.
Location and parking wasn't to my expectations. I thought being away from downtown would be quieter, but the area was quite active and the parking lot out front was a pain with a larger vehicle. A large parked car blocked the one-way exit, requiring me to force others to reverse out in order to avoid the risk of hitting the car blocking the exit. This was also the only hotel that didn't seem to allow me to pay ahead until checking in, so the exchange rate cost increased in the months since booking it.

Size of the room was the only downside for our stay. Hardly anyplace to stow luggage or sit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very early flight so were not able to take advantage of the breakfast service, but they still had coffee and pastries out for guests leaving before their scheduled breakfast hours.
Cannot think of anything. Only stayed one night before flying out so we were not able to enjoy all the amenities but were very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful
The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected, hot and cold variety. Excellent. We were also able to store our luggage before checking in and go on our tour. Everything went very smooth. Friendly and helpful staff. The property was close to restaurants, but the Italian restaurant next to the hotel was excellent! A good location to stay before our cruise.
Not that I didn't like it so much, but the room was a little tight. We were there for only one night, so no big deal. The room was a little warm and didn't seem to have a air conditioning, but was able to open the little window, so that was OK. Not to noisy, considering it was close to a main street.

Staff was super helpful, before and during the stay.
It was not near the center of town when all the shops are, but plenty of places to eat near the hotel. We were taking a cruise and could see the ship from the hotel. So short ride to the port.

Our good luck to visit on very sunny day. Unfortunitly this made our room uncomfortably warm. The staff provided fans which helped somewhat.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The staff were great.
The lighting in the room was tricky and rather dim. The shower itself is great, but the heat/steam lingers abit long. Many other hotels will have better, readily accessible complimentary coffee.
