Very Good
A very nice, clean spacious apartment. A small grocery store was right around the corner. Close to a bus hub, which would make it easy to get to places. We were only there 1 1/2 days, and we were gone on an 11 hour excursion the second day, so we didnt have time to explore the area more. We did walk to the Perlan museum which had many great exhibits and was very interesting in learning about all the natural wonders of Iceland!
Free WIFI,but no information on password. I had to spend 33 minutes on the phone (not cheap) with Bookings.com to try to get them to find the password as the owner did not answer his phone. I needed the internet to check in for our return flight. No instructions on how to work the TV, and the washer and dryer were both filled with laundry, so unusable for us! That was one of the reasons I booked this apartment in the first place, so that was disappointing. Owner was very nice but he needs to leave instructions for using internet and TV and also needs to make sure the washer and dryer are available to use. Thankfully the girl hired to clean the unit was able to show us how to get the keys and open and lock the door correctly.

The apartment is big and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. The host emailed specific instructions for check in, which was a little complicated but worked out.
It would be helpful to have instructions on how to enter the building from the parking garage - we were confused. Also it seemed like the cleaners had not finished the job before we arrived - one of the bedrooms was full of linens on a drying rack and the bed was unmade. Also, there was something gross in the toilet that may have been related to cleaning... dryer lint? I don't know what it was but it didn't look human. It was disgusting.

Great apartment with comfortable living space and bedroom. The kitchen had everything needed for a few days' stay. The location is good, close to bus stops, shops, and the bus stop (12) that many of the tours depart from. Wifi good. Balcony with views of mountains was nice to watch out for aurora as faces north.
Not an issue, but it took a few goes to figure out the front door. It does have instructions and is very easy once you know how it works!

The location was perfect, the underground car park was so handy as we rented a car. The apartment was spotless. 4 of us were staying, and we arrived to the sofa bed all set up, which was great to not have to face into. Loved the style of the apartment and had almost everything you could need! It was great value for money, and I would highly recommend it. Have already sent the details for some more of my friends to stay.
The apartment was absolutely perfect- but if I was to be really picky/fussy, the only thing it was missing was a full-length mirror.

Great proximity to city centre. Underground parking was fantastic for visiting in January. Lovely and warm.
Maybe a bit more crockery as eating out is so expensive so catered at the apartment a few times.

Excellent location, just outside the main high street, restaurants and shops with a minutes walk. Secure apartment with key coded entrance pad. Large and very comfortable living area with everything you need. Netflix app on the TV a bonus, log in with your own account. Bedrooms a good size and lots of storage space. Utility room with various washer/dryers. Heated perfectly. Balcony with views of the main city church. A lovely apartment that will definitely recommend. Thodur was very helpful!

centrally located in Reykjavik in walking distance to everything, the apartment was clean and had all modern facilities and the host was easily contactable if needed. it is also a 2 minute walk from bus stop 13 which is where you get picked up for any trips or airport run.
nothing it was great. only hint would be to ask for a picture of the front of the building as it is easy to find then.
