The convenience of the location. Also that it wasn’t just beds crammed together. The common space and little kitchenette were nice to have
We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Also wish there was another towel rack to hang towels

Only stairs so be prepared to handle you luggage especially if you get the upper floors apartment, but fortunately the staff really nice and helpfull

The breakfast was fabulous, we were able to have it after we got there the day we checked in as we landed early. Our room was ready on time and very comfortable. Location was great and parking, though not free, was inexpensive and just across the street.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Just be aware if you are traveling with older people that don't do stairs much.

The location of the hotel was very good and close to shops and restaurants. It was easy to walk every where from the hotel.
We had gotten an apt. I didn't realize there was a walk to get there. And when we wanted to communicate with the hotel we had to go back to the lobby. it was quite small and the storage room was packed with luggage since we arrived early in the morning. I am grateful they had a place to put our luggage though. I think if we were to go back we would just try getting 2 hotel rooms vs. the apt. It was up 4 floors and we had to drag our luggage up.

Tidy little apartment in an excellent central location, nicely laid out and cared for. Check-in and check-out are at the Odinsve Hotel next door, and their employees were warm, cheerful, and helpful.
Note that you must use stairs. The Hotel Odinsve (next door) staff will cheerfully help with your luggage, if that is the only issue with the stairs!

Location was great close to everything.
Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and 1 of the room was above the bar and the music was loud. My son couldn’t go to sleep earlier than 11pm due to the music.

Front desk staff attitude. Being totally unhelpful and snobby. The young man with dark hair at front desk needs to go back to customer service training.

Great location and convenient. Friendly staff.
While the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, the bedrooms were cramped and very stuffy. One of them smelled like smelly feet the minute the window was closed. I understand the weather doesn’t necessitate it but a ceiling fan to keep air flowing in the bedrooms would be helpful. The mattresses were springy, noisy and uncomfortable. I was also not aware there was no elevator in the particular building we were in so we had to lug up several heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.
