We had a large family group split between a “bigger room” and a “biggest room.” Both were very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great and staff were quite friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Do note that if you’re able to park in one of the spaces in front of the hotel you’re in P1 and have a time limit each day. It’s easy to move your car to P2 with no limit.

Large, quiet comfortable room with full kitchen. Lovely view, next to pond and downtown's best neighborhoods. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Spacious, nicely appointed rooms, prime location. Tasty breakfast buffet with a wide selection of items. Helpful staff.
It was pretty expensive - but in fairness, everything in Iceland is very expensive.

Location is perfect for both exploring Reykjavík and, if you have a car, parking on local streets in P2 or P3. Loads of restaurants less than a 5 minute walk. Quiet even though just one block off Main Street. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Front desk friendly and helpful.

The family room is perfect for 4 people (although there is no door on the master portion, and the area with the pullout bed does not have black out shades). The breakfast was great, the location wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
It said that they have parking but there just happens to be 15 public parking spots in front of the hotel that you can pay for 3 hours at a time, so the hotel does not actually have parking.

Clean, comfortable for a family of four, really great location. The kitchenette was a nice bonus. I would happily stay here again.
Some blackout curtains would've been nice as light leaked in around the shades. The first floor family suite was really noisy due to some very inconsiderate guests above us - not much the hotel can do when guests are slamming doors over and over and running around at midnight, but it was impossible to sleep through that. I would try to avoid the first floor if I returned.

Excellent location, great staff. Room was ready when we arrived at 1pm. We were able to grab breakfast before the 7AM start as we had an early morning flight.
Need some more closet space for clothes. A hand moisturizer lotion in the bathroom would have been great. These are minor but everything was terrific.
