Wonderful
Location was great. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Having the kitchenette was amazing.
Said toiletries were included but there was just one random bottle in the shower. Glad I brought mine. Needs to stock kitchen a little more.

The location is perfect. The room is also stocked with plenty of utensils and pots/pans. Staff communication was excellent.
It can be noisy outside and the bed and pillows weren't too comfortable. For the price paid, it's ok

Exceptional location walking distance from some of the best restaurants and bars in Reykjavik. The room was available about 30 minutes early and had microwave and refrigerator.
Walls are very thin and neighboring rooms' guests would hit the wall while resting against the pillow in bed and literally knock my head slightly. The room is very small, so as a tall person had trouble fitting in the shower without knocking elbows against the walls.

Parking downtown at an affordable rate can be challenge, but we parked far away in a free-parking zone.

The windows were not air tight. There was draft coming through the windows. Too much public noise during weekends. Cannot sleep because of it. The room that was rented was too small. Not meant for family of four.

Comfortable and well located.
The first night which was a Saturday - there was a party on the street with volume that shook the walls ! No way to go to sleep before 2am. Other nights were quiet. Not their fault, I know.

I had the key code more than 24 hrs before check in. It was good to know that we wouldn't have any issues getting in. The location was wonderful- very central to the city and easily walkable to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfy and was a decent size for a family of 4.
While I totally understand it wasn't in anyone's control, it appeared the main hallway had recently had a water flood as there were dryers and dehumidifiers everywhere. The only aspect of that I didn't love was that the main doors were propped open to accommodate the equipment so it felt a little less secure. Our apartment itself was very secure though.

Perfect location! Walking distance to "everything", including Sundhöllin pool, where I spent most of my evenings. Bus stop #6 is conveniently located for tour pickup, flybus, etc.
I had expected a table and chairs, as a place to eat and work, etc. The small studio does not have room for that.
