Good room view. Nice and cozy to warm up after walking around all day in - 20 degree temperatures.
I made sure to let the hotel know that we will be coming earlier than their check in timw which was 3pm - I've never ever had to check in anywhere that late. We arrived at our scheduled time on booking and was told three times to wait 30 minutes to have our room prepared and they cannot "rush" their staff. So we ended up sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours, starving and all sweaty, with clothes not warm enough for being in Iceland. All this after travelling for over 6 hours!
I refused cleaning one of the days of our stay. We didn't get a cleaning next day. The rubbish was pouring out of the bin, towels unchanged - I have skin issues and must use a new one every day at least for my face and had to go to reception to ask for one myself as we didn't get cleaning that same day. Apparently you get a voucher if you put outside the hanging thingy on the handle. We didn't put it and the cleaners put "do not disturb" on their own accord. So we didn't get a voucher nor did we get cleaning that day, even though we were out all day long and the cleaners on shift the previous day were told "tomorrow". There was only one nice Polish lady that was working on reception and I managed to have a proper conversation with her. Everyone else, did not even say "Hello". We came to realise that this is the culture in Iceland, but they are a hotel accommodating tourists, so this is not nice!

Very well located (close the the center and bus stops), the room was confortable, we were lucky to have a harbour view! The breakfast is very nice and the personel was kind.
The bathroom was a bit small

Good location
Very difficult to access- limited signage on the Main Street. The room was tiny and extremely hot without windows that you could look outside. An absolute rip off and by far the worst place we stayed at in our entire week in Iceland

Clean and well kept rooms, with nice balcony overlooking the city. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful recommending good places to visit. Happy stay again anytime

Staff is very friendly, kind, efficient and helpful.
Nothing was a trouble for them. We could leave our bags all day at the reception which was very handy as our flight was late in the evening, the cleaners refresh our room/ changed towels etc each morning (however would not mind using same towels for 5x days to help sustainability, but thank you :) ). Breakfast was lovely, great choice (but i think price was a bit high even for Iceland). Delicious Aperol Spritz served by again great bar staff. Location is very good, rooms modern, comfy bed, nice coffee machine used every morning ;) great bathroom, room was very warm, handy mini fridge. Decor of the lounge and music very cool. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others ! Thank you All staff for your great customer service and work x

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. It had everything we needed!
The lift took a very long time to wait for so we ended up using the stairs most of the time! (This is not a major issue for us, but it could be for some)
