Amazing location, great food right in the hotel with a cute greenhouse feel, friendly and helpful staff. Updated and clean/crisp feeling.
The staff start cleaning very early and didn't have consideration towards how loud they were being, letting the door slam and vacuuming, I know it's their job of course, the sound just carried pretty loudly.

Location was perfect!!
I wish we would have been informed about the tap water at the beginning of our stay. The sulfur was so strong I couldn’t drink it and had to buy water but then on the last day was told that if I turn it all the way to the right and let it run a minute, it wouldn’t have the strong sulfur taste and smell and could drink it. Maybe put a small sign in the bathroom with the directions. Other than that we loved our stay.

We had the two bedroom suite on the ground floor. Beautifully furnished. Had fridge and coffee maker. Clean washrooms. Great location close to restaurants and sights. Staff were incredible! We landed at 6am and got into the city by 9. They let us check in early so that my kids could rest.
Our unit was beside an alleyway close to a bar. It got loud at night

We loved the spacious family suite as four friends traveling together. That restaurant was also wonderful.
The man at the front desk when we arrived and checked in was extremely rude and unhelpful to me and then to my friend who was asking about transfer to the airport. As a New Yorker it takes a lot for me to find someone gruff and rude.

Wonderful
The staff was excellent and always helpful when we had a question. The location was very good (close to the main shopping area and other attractions) We traveled through the country a lot and was helpful to have a good location when we were back in Reyjkavik to make it more convenient. The hotel itself was good overall in all aspects and it was nice having the restaurant attached and was an excellent restaurant (Snaps) We chose the 4th floor and the views of the city were great!
I have back issues so beds are sometimes an issue but the bed wasnt bad and better than some other hotels we stayed at
