- not clean, still found bulk of hair on the floor and bed.
- sofa bed is very dirty and has some stains
- lack of amenities ( no sheets for sofa bed, no slipper, no lotion, etc)

They were able to hold our luggage for us when we checked out. One of the reception staff was super helpful in telling us where to park.
The reception staff when checking in was not super friendly. There was no soap in the room.

Wonderful
Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Everywhere in the city was walkable from hotel. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
Not enough availability for news channels and could have a few additional channels on tv. Just providing feedback.

Comfortable bed, quiet. Nice view from our hallway to waterfront Close to a variety of restaurants
Breakfast is adequate but come early bc scrambled eggs were empty at 915 and was told ‚its finished‘ even tho breakfast goes til 10 Staffer seemed annoyed with me when I had trouble using the coffee machine and asked for help

Location was fantastic. For every tour we were able to get hotel pick up. Only the Northern Lights tour was from bus stop 12 which was a very short walk from Klettur.
The only issue was the malfunctioning of the bathroom faucet-it sprayed water all over the counter and the floor. Even after my husband reported it the problem wasn’t solved till the day we left.

Location was very good. Room was adequate, clean and comfortable.
The water from the shower comes out of the floor bathroom. There is also a smell from the toilet that comes out when you don't close the lid and bathroom door. They could have added more plugs for charging devices.

The breakfast was very nice to have as an option. The location was within walking distance of most of the city, which was extremely nice. And the staff were super helpful.
It would have been nice if the TV's were able to connect to youtube and/or Netflix as there aren't a lot of local English entertainment options.

Location, common spaces for vanities activities. Snack bar and drink bar.
Looking across to someone’s room, black mildew in shower, wide open shower creates a very wet floor. Adding a shower curtain across opening would be nice. Floors are worn, duvets are pilly and the mattress in room 501 has very evident springs. Not comfortable!

The shower was excellent & the beds comfortable, and the staff were very friendly & helpful. They had a great selection of breakfast foods & some snacks available for purchase near the front desk. Traveling with someone with celiac disease, I especially appreciated that the breads were separated from the rest of the food in the breakfast room—in fact, this is the main reason besides the location that I booked this hotel.
