Good central location for walking around to restaurants and shops. Clean room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a tasty assortment of traditional Icelandic breakfast foods including breads and skyr. The lamb stew served for lunch in the adjoining restaurant was excellent.

Perfect location right in the middle of it all. I was alone but the room had 2 twin beds and a sofa bed as well as a great little kitchen
Breakfast was a very substantial continental. It was the winter so the value was fantastic. I looked at the summer rates and it was 3 times the price. If you have the proper clothes the winter is fantastic but be prepared for most of the day being dark
Take the bus from the airport to BSI terminal and then switch to the other bus and get off at stop #6 and then just a few blocks walk to the hotel.
It would be nice to have a small table/ coffee table so you could sit in the chair or the sofa and put food or drink on.

The location was amazing and the staff really helpful and friendly. The room was small but very complete.
I wasn’t a big fan that they didn’t change my bedding in about a week (the set in my bed had a specific spot and it was the same all throughout the 8 days that I spend there). I don’t know if that’s something common in Europe and maybe if I’d ask they would’ve change it but it’s just not something I’m used to and I didn’t like it very much. Also my room was really close to the lift and it got a bit noisy in early morning, but obviously that’s not something that they could control.

Awesome location, very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful stafff. Best free breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel, hands down! 100% recommend!!
The only thing that was a little strange was one of the rooms we stayed in had an elevated shower which gave you a view of yourself waist down. Lol . Everything else was great !

Excellent location right in the middle of the main shopping street, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. My room was good-sized for a single room in Europe. Bathroom was small but not cramped. The breakfast was good, with cold cuts, bread, fruits and vegetables, yogurt/skyr and cereals. I would definitely stay here again.

Right in the bustling tourist area, but rooms are quiet and off the road. Great breakfast! Front desk staff were very helpful. We ate at the attached restraunt the first night as we arrived late and the food was quite good. As best we can tell everything in iceland is profoundly expensive and from the money it seems Hotel Fron was a very reasonable place to stay.
