Wonderful
Excellent 4-star hotel located in the center of city.
The overall experience is excellent, the location was very good, close to city center, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, both upper level and average level. The staff recommended a nice restaurant nearby, absolutely wonderful! Just be aware, restaurants in Reykjavik overall is not cheap.
The hotel staffs are amazing friendly, fun and nice, and knowledgable! The 2 people in the reception even helped me to located and eventually found my phone which I forgot in a tour bus.
Definitely recommend!
The hotel buffet was not cheap, you might able to find some other options outside the hotel. But if you have an early morning tour, hotel buffet still be an easy option.

Very Good
It was noisy because it is in the center of town and next to several bars. The management relocated us to another room in order to help us. They were very understanding and did what they could.

Wonderful
The hotel is located within an easy walk to the bus station, restaurants. and center of town. We had a short taxi ride to the cruise terminal from the hotel. The staff were very helpful with directions, points of interest and calling a taxi.
There wasn't anything I did not like.

very friendly staff that was ready to help. Front desk was always ready with suggestions. they were well informed about the city and places to visit. restaurant staff was also friendly and ready to serve. Location is in the center of the city. room was well lighted.
no parking on site. with historical property, elevators are small and inconvinent.

Huge room overlooking park. Left windows open. Central location. Staff front desk amazing. Gave us name of restaurant Messin - outstanding. Also loved breakfast at hotel. All staff helpful!
