There was no shower curtain so the bathroom got wet but it was very clean and we were given extra towels.

The property is located near downtown and within an easy walk to everything you might need- great restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, landmarks and grocery store.

Our room was very spacious and we did not expect to have a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave.
Visiting in the summer made the room very bright at night. It needs some way to separate off the bedroom from the light coming in the skylights.

Small room. Very clean. Good location.
No facial tissues were provided. No drawers to store clothing. No shower curtain meant soaking wet bathroom floor every morning. Street parking was free but quite limited and often hard to find at night.

Optimal location for walking to swim pool and shops. The microwave and dishes were a pleasant surprise and added to the holiness. Lighting was excellent!

Location was great, it’s 5 minutes walk from BSI bus stop for the airport shuttle, and 7 minutes away from the city center.
The room we got had a huuuge bathroom(compared to the typical size for Iceland accommodations), instructions were clear and easy, bed was comfortable, hosts were very friendly, puppy dog was very cute and friendly. Everything was great! Wish we had time to stay for more than one day… but next time definitely!
The shower drain was slow, but it was no big deal. We let the hosts know and they appreciated us letting them know so they could go fix it:)

Very clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment on ground floor. Owner was very quick to respond to any requests we made. Within 9-10 minute walk to bus terminal, bus stops and Hallgrimskirkja Cathedral. We were very pleased with the location. Wifi was very dependable.
Only issue we had was the television. It was not working in our apartment and we would have liked to watch Iceland TV.

Ok location. Good shower. Sufficient coffee and soap products. Fridge. Location convenient to downtown, harbor.
Google maps street address put us one street downhill (use place name). Street parking iffy. Had to park a block away once. Room small, especially if you select a large bed.
No interaction with staff, not sure if service occurred during stay.

we've stayed here three times. i love the location. the first time we stayed, off the fenced garden area, the room was spacious and the value was fantastic. it's easy walking distance to everything in reykjavik, and it's quiet. the proprietors are helpful and responsive, and really make staying here quite easy.
the last two times we stayed, we were put in a much smaller room, with very little room for our bags and clothing. because of this, i don't think i would stay there again, because i have stayed in other similarly priced places in reykjavik where i didn't have an issue of climbing over my belongings to get into and out of the bathroom. it's really my only issue with this guesthouse.

I liked the contactless check in. Our names were on our door that was accessed from the outside of the house with the key placed in the lock. Beds were comfy, and loved having a TV to watch while falling asleep
I was unaware that someone would be coming in during the stay to clean. Most people might not mind this but I wish we were aware ahead of time so we could of opted out if we wanted to.

Booked last minute. Very cute apartment in a great location to explore Reykjavik on foot. (Easy parking too)
We forgot adapters and on off chance asked if we would borrow one,.. no sooner had I asked, they left us two. Super helpful!

The room was a good value and within walking distance of the major sites in Reykjavik. The bed was comfortable.
The check in process was misleading. Prior to arriving we were told we would be able to check in early at noon. When we arrived, we were told 2 pm. They will let you store your luggage. However it's not a large hotel so you won't be able to use a restroom to freshen up or change.
