Very bad. Due to overbooking we could not travel on the day it was due. We notified the accommodation that we would be arriving three days later and received no response. They canceled our stay without comment. We wanted to take advantage of the two nights we had left, but we couldn't get in (code blocked). No one answered the call and we had to sleep in the car that night. A great disaster!

Was no shelve or any space for the closes... This was really difficult for 4 people to manage all our dress from suitcases. Also for outside dress was only 2 small hangers. In bathroom could be also more shelvespace for necessary makeup, skincare products what we took with us...

My worst experience after visiting so many countries. We arrived after 10.00 PM and we found that the bathroom, the floor and the surface of the whole furniture was not cleaned at all. Absolutely dirty, hair, eyelashes, two dead spiders and dust everywhere. We were totally disgusted! We contacted the host and she explained us there was no possibility the cleaner to come the next day to fix that. The host proposed us to move in apartment, which to share with another people. But we wanted and paid for PRIVATE apartment so that was not an option. The second proposal was to offer us a discount, but only if we decide to stay for another two nights in the dirty apartment except the two days for which we have already paid. It was not possible simply because we had to fly straight after our stay. The third proposal if we find the apartment not satisfactory to leave it and to find another one and to be refounded for one night. We were not able to spend our last day in Iceland searching for hotel instead of missing the events we have planned and already booked. THE ONLY THING WE WANTED WAS THE CLEANER TO COME THE NEXT DAY!! We have cleaned the bathroom ourselves until midnight, but there was not a vacuum cleaner for the floor. The host was rude and unwilling to face and solve the problem may be because she understimated the cleaness to be a problem at all!! The other problem was with the heating system. When we arrived it was about 20 degree in the apartment which was cold for me. The owner explained that we could do nothing. After three conversations it became clear that we could however increase the temperature so that we were comfortable .. I did not expect to freeze in Iceland....
