A very conveniently located property; Excellent breakfast choices and the room was sufficient. Also, Flybus stop is right outside the door.

They have everything you’d expect from a hotel in a vacation area. Good food, good location, and a really good staff.
It’s not very personal. It’s more of a large multi-use space converted to present needs. So it is very functional, but if you’re looking for local decor and charm, this isn’t the place.

We loved the breakfast. We liked having a restaurant in the hotel that stayed open later.
While the breakfast was excellent, the food choices for dinner were not that great. The rooms were very hot despite not having the heat on and opening the window.

Convenient location for tour buses.
No air conditioning; room warm; heated bathroom floor made this worse. Opened the tiny window but too much construction noise. Twin beds not separated.

The location was great. For those going on tours, pickup bus stop #12 is right outside the hotel. Also, close enough to walk around Reykjavík. 3 of us shared a suite and it was spacious and comfortable.
Some staff weren’t too friendly. I noticed this in general in Iceland.

Room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and answered our many questions. The hotel was in an area within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a food market.
There was no air conditioning. Even though Iceland is generally cool/cold, our room was hot at times. We only had a very small window we could open to get cool air.
