Fair
The location is pretty convenient and is off the major tourist attractions so it’s relatively quiet. There is a nice area to rest and story luggages if you arrive early or your flight is late. However, the storage area is not locked and none is watching those luggages nor have a tag.
Three staff we interacted with were unfriendly except last day. They gave us a room across from the elevator so we request to change because we both are light sleepers. They had major attitude towards that even though they did change the room. The bathroom was the smallest among all of hotels we stayed all over the world. The shower is at the corner next to the toilet with a retractable quarter circle glass door that can barely fit a slim person. Room is so small, it is difficult to put luggage anywhere without tripping them. Breakfast was very simple, but expensive.

Good
The location was perfect, very walkable. The beds were comfy.
The front desk staff wasn’t friendly, definitely not the type to go out of their way to help you. They just seemed annoyed with everyone. Breakfast and coffee is super expensive.

Poor
The location was honestly the only thing that was redeeming about the propery.
Beds were too soft, bathroom floods ever time some one showers because the doors have like an inch gap from the floo, which apparently happens in all.the rooms according to the front desk when I called about the issue. This made it quite dangerous leaving the room after a shower because the hard floors I. the .ain room became very slick when wet. I was with a friend d and we wanted to do separate things in the city and we weren't able to because we were only given 1 key for the room and when we asked for another we were told no which meant we couldn't do our own thi g with different end times to go back to the room at our leisure.

Very good breakfast.
The shower was very difficult to deal with, due to design. Small space and hard to handle shower curtain.

Very Good
The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Cold choices include salami, cheese, and skyr. Plenty of bread choices and spreads. The hot breakfast options were unexpectedly good: bacon, eggs, sausages, and potatoes.

Pleasant
Location is great.
Rooms are small. Bathroom floor serves as the shower drain, so the bathroom floor is wet for hours after a shower. This is slippery and dangerous, and results in water being tracked around.

Exceptional
The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of foods and drinks. The server would bring out freshly baked goodies almost every morning. The hotel is a great location, so we walked everywhere!

Wonderful
Central, very clean and excellent breakfast
Reception staff(we dealed with three different people even if our stay was one night) aren’t friendly. They weren’t unfriendly, just kinda… annoyed? But it is an atritude we have notice throughout the country. But our server Fernando at breakfast was beyond nice and full of information about Iceland, so he more than meke up for the rest.
We would stay again cause the hotel is clean and central.

Good
Attractive lounge area with plenty of seating, tables, plants. Lighting was very poor for reading, however.
Too far from main areas; expensive bus travel required to get to most, especially given the inclement weather.
Room was too hot. Extremely difficult to control the water temperature.
