Very Good
Very friendly and helpful staff especially at the reception. Were very helpful in booking tours.
No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom does not have counter or cabinet.

Wonderful
Booked a family room and the size of the room was huge! There were in fact two rooms with one double and two twins and a door in between. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. Breakfast was good value for money with a great and varied selection.
Rooms are a bit tired looking and could do with some decor change. Car park in front of the hotel is very expensive and not free for hotel guests. We moved our car straight after check-in to on street (paid) parking.

Very Good
The staff were amazing at helping us check in early after a long flight. They also assisted in obtaining tickets to the Iceland vs Luxembourg football match. Breakfast each day was very tasty. We chose this hotel because of its location near the harbor, many restaurants and shopping.
The lighting in the room was very dim.

Very Good
The comfortable common space between the two bedrooms with enough room for four adults in a family suite.
The very bright flashing light in both bedrooms from the smoke alarm, I believe, was unpleasant while trying to sleep. Especially for the adult sleeping in the top bunk bed.

Exceptional service & assistance from Gosia at reception. Also staff in dining room for breakfast were very helpful with dietary requirements. Breakfast selection was great
Room was a little tired & power of shower was weak & feeble shower curtain not ideal.

After stressful driving in rain, it was very appreciated to be able to check in early. Was very happy to have gluten free items for breakfast. Location was perfect!

The location was awesome and overall the staff were friendly and helpful.
This wasn't the hotel's fault but when I booked through Booking.com I had specifically selected breakfast included. When I booked the room I didn't verify which is partly my fault but Booking.com should not include any locations and/or rates where breakfast is not included.

Disappointing
To be frank didnt like anything about hotel ground Floor public areas extremely cramped , a tired hotel needling lots of attention. Ground floor public area extremely cramped ! No dining room facilities in eve ! Rooms very tired mine had lamps out , basic kettle no coffee machine , decor is old fashioned , dark , very tired
Room facilities , mini towels as example , please hoteliers provide standard sized towels not postagw stamps as an excuse for a towel . Hotel lift only one , with coach loads being checked in no way could you use lift ? Breakfast decididly below average locked doors at ten no one on reception ? And if so only one person , overall a very expensive Hotel offering below par service ?

Very central location, close to main shops and restaurants. Breakfast was varied and abundant. Staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel does not have its own garage but there is ample parking close by.
Upon check-in reception staff had specifically asked if we wished for the housekeeping staff to tidy our room whilst we were out. Although we requested this service our rooms were not cleaned nor were the towels changed,
