Good location, homey accommodations, exceptional staff. Extremely responsive to all questions and requests. Convenient for tour pickups and good restaurants. I can't say enough about the warm and friendly stsff!

The shower with only half glass and the rest open. Booking a room that was supposed to be upgraded but the first two days of my stay it was not upgraded

Smooth check in, great breakfasts, good dinners, the staff were exceptional! Location is superb - walking distance from most of the sites in the town, and free parking is a real bonus!!

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. We could walk to all the major attractions in Reykjavik which was perfect.
We had a hard time to find hotel parking in the evening but at least we could park somewhere close to the hotel without needing to pay.

Room was fantastic. Location was great. Hotel was cool, calm and quiet. Had a chic bohemian vibe. Staff were friendly. We stayed on fourth floor, with harbor view. Loved the big windows. Walkable to pretty much anywhere. We found free street parking on arrival and kept car there, which was great. Lobby and lounge were lovely and, again, calm and quiet. We would totally stay here again as well as recommend others to stay here. One of our favorites on our trip!
We didn’t use the breakfast option due to its $$$ cost.

The hotel was perfect for our short stay in Iceland. Our room was just as pictured. Although cozy, it provided us everything we needed. The staff was kind and attentive. The breakfast every morning was fabulous and a great way to start our day!

We received a free upgrade to a bigger room, which was great. If this was a "bigger room" though, I would hate to see the small ones. Free parking, which seems to be rare in that area. The location doesn't seem to be great if you want to walk anywhere, but I would stay here again. Once of the best beds that I slept in during the trip.
I wouldn't bother paying for the breakfast because it didn't seem like much. Free coffee and tea though.

Location is perfect for me. Flybus and Nice Travel tours picked up/ dropped me off at the hotel. Staff very helpful (especially Laura). Bonus grocery store just behind it. So glad I chose this place.

Location and clean
Bathroom door is not private. Street Parking is free but difficult to find a spot at night. No issues during the day.
