Great location, luggage storage was handy, decorated for the holidays, staff was pleasant, good gym, tons of restaurants nearby, nice cat came to my door to visit.

This is my second time at this property- one of my favorite hotels of all time. The perfect staycation hotel, the rooms are quiet, cozy, and provide the perfect escape. The spa and sauna complex is pristine clean every time, and the beds are one of the most comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone: it is ideal for a short or long stay, and the staff are all incredibly helpful and kind. The service and attention to detail is comparable to many 5 star hotels.

Breakfast was really good, varied and well prepared. The downstairs bar was really cool. Location was perfect, very central and easy to walk around.
The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bed way too soft. There was no heating on the floors and they didn't clean the rooms unless asked.

Excellent location, we especially liked the bakery, bar and restaurant in front of the building. The music at the bar was the best.
There are lockers conveniently located if you need to store your luggage.
Luckily free parking is available a ten minute walk away.

The Location was great! The hotel has a very masculine modern style. Staff were very friendly. Great bakery bar and resturant in the hotel that attracked many staying in other locations. Lockers to keep belongings either before or after check in was a great touch! I would highly recommend this hotel to friendls and family. My only advice would be to request a room on an upper level 3 or 4
Rooms were HOT with no AC to cool them down requested a fan which was brought to out room in record time. Placed on street level the noise was unbearable. Due to being on street level I wouldn't open the window due to fear of people being able to put their arm in open the curtain and peak inside. Very intrusive feeling.

Radiant heater was clicking and popping from 11pm till 7am which resulted in lack of sleep.
