The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the coffee machine.
Our room was located right next to the door and it was a little noisy. We had a light in our room that would not shut off so we slept with it on. That was a little troublesome. One washer and dryer for a hotel that size was not adequate.

We stayed here on our last night and were pleasantly surprised. The room was enormous and well kept. The laundry facility enabled us to do some laundry before packing to return home. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!
The parking is a little wonky.

Rooms were lovely and spacious! Common areas were inviting and fun. Breakfast was excellent. Location was a short drive to city tourist attractions. Staff accommodated my elderly mother with a shower chair which was greatly appreciated! They also packed us breakfast for our early morning flight and mailed our stamped postcards which we forgot to drop in mailbox! Thank you so much!
Struggled to find parking at night after returning from sights. Location was central in more of a local business area.

Good location, very comfy mattress, liked having luggage room for storing luggage before check in, good breakfast
I found it unusual that the reception desk is only staffed for a few hours each day. Not having any staff in the evening or early morning felt a little unsafe. There was a phone number to call, but I found making an international call from my American phone very difficult.

We love that hotel! They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helps you in all your needs, helping to solve all issue you experience. Patricia and Teresa at the front desk assisted us with our bookings, tours, transportation.
The cafeteria is great! Breakfast was always good and people who work there are very hospitable. You can use the cafeteria any time after breakfast just to get together, to bring there your food, use the silverware, and get a cap of coffee, tea, espresso.
The supermarket and variety of restaurants are nearby, and buses are not far away.
