The manager was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. This was a large breakfast, with many options. We stayed on the new side of the building that was recently redone. Very nice, clean and larger. The hotel has a huge area to just relax and mingle. For the price, it was very reasonable to stay in the city.
This area was busy, not within the part that you want to visit or walk around. If you have a car, then it is easy for you to drive and then find paid parking within the area everyone visits.

Super comfortable beds. For 2 travelers, rooms with private bath had good space, mini fridge, huge windows, and great a great temp. Wonderful shower and loved the size of the bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic, don't skip it! The concierge was exceptional, and the kitchen staff very welcoming and helpful.
We'd stay again without a second thought. A+
Our bathroom had a glass sliding door.. While very artistic and functional for the room, we were worried about how delicate it could be, so we were careful to use both hands and slide slowly. Perhaps more precautious than needed, but it was the one thing we were concerned about. Otherwise, loved the room!

Clean, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff.
It’s located in a commercial area, so it’s hard to park if the guest parking are taken.
Parking was hard. All around the building there are”No Parking” or “Tow” signs.
It’s not too close to restaurants or tourist area.

A nice hotel with parking access; closer to the shops than rather than downtown but easily accessible by public transport. A good spread for breakfast and nice to have access to a coffee machine at all times. The rooms were very nice, spacious.
The hallways had a bit of a lingering odour.

The room was nice, the breakfast was fine and kitchen staff nice.
Be careful to not make the mistake of misplacing or forgetting your things because the staff will not do a good job keeping track of it for you though out the business day or contact you for your things until you leave a bad review.

It’s a bit far from the center of the city but if you take the bus then it’s not a big deal!
Breakfast is included for our stay and since we arrived earlier, we can leave our luggages there and come back to check in later.

Breakfast was excellent. Great menu variety and service ... although it was self service too. Room was very clean and comfortable. Service at the desk was friendly and first class - although busy. The hotel offers free baggage storage for guests who wish to leave the heavier items while traveling around Iceland.
This new'ish hotel is quiet and very customer-centric.
Strange hours of operation with self-check-in. As a guest, ensure you have all required codes and numbers if you'll arrive a little late.

The complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, and tea in the lobby area was very nice and the hotel packed us a breakfast box that they placed in our mini refrigerator of our room because of our early morning departure. The hostess setting up the morning breakfast also assisted us very kindly when our airport shuttle left without us!

The staff were always friendly, positive, and very helpful. The hotel was kept very well, clean. Beds were comfortable and warm. The breakfast buffet was a marvelous deal for Reykjavik, great selection, free coffee and tea available all day! Laundry room and luggage storage was nice.
A little far from downtown to walk in weather, but doable.
