It’s a bit far from the center of the city but if you take the bus then it’s not a big deal!
Breakfast is included for our stay and since we arrived earlier, we can leave our luggages there and come back to check in later.

Breakfast was excellent. Great menu variety and service ... although it was self service too. Room was very clean and comfortable. Service at the desk was friendly and first class - although busy. The hotel offers free baggage storage for guests who wish to leave the heavier items while traveling around Iceland.
This new'ish hotel is quiet and very customer-centric.
Strange hours of operation with self-check-in. As a guest, ensure you have all required codes and numbers if you'll arrive a little late.

The complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, and tea in the lobby area was very nice and the hotel packed us a breakfast box that they placed in our mini refrigerator of our room because of our early morning departure. The hostess setting up the morning breakfast also assisted us very kindly when our airport shuttle left without us!

The staff were always friendly, positive, and very helpful. The hotel was kept very well, clean. Beds were comfortable and warm. The breakfast buffet was a marvelous deal for Reykjavik, great selection, free coffee and tea available all day! Laundry room and luggage storage was nice.
A little far from downtown to walk in weather, but doable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the coffee machine.
Our room was located right next to the door and it was a little noisy. We had a light in our room that would not shut off so we slept with it on. That was a little troublesome. One washer and dryer for a hotel that size was not adequate.

The accommodation was perfect for walks and short drives into Reykjavik. The breakfast was very good and the furnishings were modern. The staff were very friendly. The vibe was that of an upscale tourist hostel.

Very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. One block walk to bus stop. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available in the reception area.

Hotel with very good, clean rooms. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. The self-check-in made the process very simple. There is also a small kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and toaster.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
We visited the property in December, so the rooms were extremely warm despite turning the heater off. There was no option to cool the rooms besides opening the window. This was inconvenient because the window would keep on closing due to high winds.
