Location was great hotel was clean floors were quiet.
Hotel rooms had a bunch of random furniture that took away from the small space & weird sized ceilings & fridge was full of overpriced purchasables.

This hotel is on a great, central location. It is not super fancy, but was clean and comfortable.
The first night the sushi bar next door threw a street party until all hours of the night. The music was so loud it was impossible to sleep without ear plugs. I was very glad I had a pair!

Location was great, staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the lounge, bar, and breakfast areas. Our room was great for two adults and our teen - there was a huge couch to sleep on for him that was really comfy, so we didn't even need the rollaway bed. The interior design is contemporary and stylish, and they had endless chocolates at the reception desk :)
I'm incredibly sound sensitive and the holidays were festive on the streets, but with the fan on I slept fine. There are rooms you can request in the back of the hotel if you need an off-street room. The traffic noise is very minimal, so no worries there.

Disappointing
Great location near cafes and restaurants.
Really poor bedding and to much furniture in rooms. Mattress old and very uncomfortable. Breakfast included really poor, scrambled eggs terrible, minimal choice, bad English breakfast not fresh or variety.
Front desk staff not interested or helpful.

During partvof our stay renovations were taking place to the spa and dining area. However, the hotel made great accomodations for both.

We liked the location in central city for we could walk all over the place. The airport bus took us to the neighborhood, and back to the airport. As in any city center, you hear people talking as they walk around. We were near the walking street in town.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near main shopping street, church, etc. We had limited time due to evening arrival and early departure, but enjoyed it while there. Walkable restaurants nearby.
No free onsite parking but street parking nearby was easy to find with the help of staff.

Great location and really nice staff, really good breakfast.
Room is very small, this celling lamp is hanging really low, we kept hitting our head to it.
Parking is a nightmare. It’s consider P1 (the most expensive parking) and the max you can pay is 3 hours. So we had to move our car around a lot, then hard to find a spot close to the hotel. The staff told us the church has free parking which was not true, it’s P2 parking, you still have to pay just not as expensive as P1. Next time will definitely book a hotel with free parking.

Very Good
Location is excellent, just off main shopping street and very close to old town. Staff are friendly and the reception and bar areas are modern and comfortable
Overall the hotel is very clean.
Breakfast could be better Quality, I would definitely stay here again but would book room only.
View from room was terrible, overlooked from block opposite that was only around 5m away

Location convenient.
Not a boutique hotel and no hospitality. This is no better than a holiday inn. The rooms were small. Breakfast area very tight and crowded. The staff at hotel was not helpful nor knowledgeable. Given the high volume of emails the hotel sends suggesting tours and to just inquire at desk, it was ridiculous that the folks at desk told me to look at the website. Spa facility was nothing as pictured on the website.
Overpriced and not worth it.

Wonderful
Location was exactly what we were looking for and the included breakfast was perfect.
Air was a bit stuffy, the fan provided was a bit noisy and the curtains didn’t fully black out the room.
