The location was fantastic. Right in the downtown area. The staff were great and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
The room was very small. We had no windows basically..one too high to see out of and one facing the side of a building. The bathroom had frosted glass door and a frosted full length window into the room so if you used it at night it lit up the whole room! This room wasn’t in any of the pictures.

Exceptional
Very nice hotel with friendly receptionists. The room was clean and upon arrival you can choose how often the room should be cleaned during your stay. The hotel is located in downtown with plenty cafes, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of walking distance. All the sightseeing sites like the rainbow street, the famous church, Sun Voyager or Harpa are in 10 minutes walking distance. In case you are planning to take the daily trips to see Island, there are 4 main bus stops (1,3,4 and 6) all within 5 minutes walking distance. I can only recommend.

Wonderful
Location was excellent and close to all the bus/tour stop at city hall. Walkable from there within minutes to restaurants and points of interest. Quiet even though it’s in the city center.

The staff. The cleanliness . The concierge who was able to get us a quiet replacement room.
Beware of crowds and car noises if you have a room facing the square...so loud was heard through earplugs.

Center Hotel was located near all the restaurants and center of town. It was perfect!

Breakfast set up was good. The location was perfect for walking the tourist area. We needed a taxi to go outside of that area. The room was great! Our room over looked the shopping area. Very nice.
There was no restaurant inside the hotel. There was a bar and a breakfast room, but no restaurant. We had to leave the hotel to get food. That was very inconvenient.

Great location within the city center. Restaurants, Pubs, site seeing, museums, etc. Water front was close by

The location in town was great. The staff was very nice and friendly.
Wish we had a better view. We booked an extra night ahead of arrival so we could check in early, but still were given a back room with not much view. That was disappointing.
